Many problems with the house from the grass in the back, shower doors with gaps, back door jamming, recurring kitchen leak one side of the closet different measure than the other one, garage walls were not finished, garage floor uneven ruff spots. Not good workmanship.

Started out positive, but didn't always get my questions answered. Even after replying to emails and asking. And then once home was closed upon have not received level of support needed when needing issues fixed. Still have many that were never taken action on and was told moving forward to wait until 10 month check-in. What about what was submitted prior not getting resolved? Just wait until 10 months I guess.

They rush the house build and didn't address every issue my inspector caught. I keep seeing new things wrong everyday about the poor quality. The buying process was smooth and location is good.

Houses are built with hurry and because of this there are things left behind. Finishes left behind like doors not closing correctly or having gaps. Almost two months and I can hardly use my backyard because it does not drain correctly. They came to fix it and now is worse. The stairs handrail still waiting to be fixed. Low quality paint. Not happy with this purchase.

I have purchased this property on 02/24. Since then I have reported 4 different issues. Ongoing issue with breaker circuit causing the AC to go off and home gets warm. Someone came and replaced the breaker but issue is still happening. Replaced microwave, dryer didn't work due to a cable /set up. There are some serious issues with my drainage in the master bathroom and it smells bad. Not happy with my "Dream Home Purchase". Too many issues too soon

The walls are made from wood therefore you can hear any type of noise. I am used to brick walls and more pricacy.

The experience has been bad thus far. However, I have been ghosted after having some issues with the extended warranty on couple of my appliances. Additionally, I have complained about the standing water within my yard, which is still under warranty I must had, but still no one had made the effort to come and get this situated. I am getting the sense that they are doing as much as they can to not honor this warranty.

The model of the home I truly like, however, the home was just thrown together just to pease me. The home was support to been deliver to me on Dec 7, well it was pushed out due to material was not ordered. I feel like once they received the material they was on a time crunch which made them throw the house together and not looking out for the well being of the buyer. all cheap material has been placed in the homes and the buyer has spent all of they life saving to buy a quality home which was not delivered. And now we have to replace things. I'm not happy with this builder at all.

I’ve had some good experiences and terrible with this company building my new home. I had my original sales guy not keep me informed on flooring changes but Trent took over and he did great. He explained things and really seamed to care. Devon the building manager was great at first but as soon as I signed my closing. He would say he would fix things that weren’t finished by closing and it would take him forever. I am still waiting on a shower rod for my guest room that was bent and dented since before my blue tape walk through still haven’t gotten it.

I have repeatedly had to request repairs on a sprinkler system that never worked right, broken heads, pipe busted in the ground leaking water, HUGE water bill, spoke with, emailed, wrote work orders 3X...and still NOT FIXED. I HAD TO PAY A $149 water bill this morning FOR JULY 15TH-AUGUST 15TH. The other orders, or complaints took forever to address as well. When we met before closing, we were assured that all items would be handled promptly. Someone keeps dropping the ball. It is hard to trust anyone at their word now.

This builder put too small of an AC unit on my home and we are having CONSTANT issues with it. The unit struggles just to keep the home at 75 degrees. Now we are having a lot of condensation and what appear to be mold either growing or about to start. They always send a tech out with Houck AC and they put a “bandaid” fix on it and tell me everything is running properly. Sure it’s running properly, but it’s too small for this home. When I was showed the show house, everything looked awesome. We would get all the same amenities, countertops, cabinets, and level of detail in our home. It was fine till a week before the closing and we were doing our “blue tape walkthrough” with our Construction Manager Justin. The whole house was covered in blue tape. You’d think I’d be exaggerating but for every wall there was at least 20 pieces of blue tape pointing to 20 different problems. I regret making the decision to make this my families first house and if i could leave i would. The overall experience in buying a house was horrid thanks to the staff of Pulte mortgage. This was my first experience of buying a house and it was hellish. From issues with negligence and predatory lending behavior to just plain being rude, snarky, and highly unprofessional by multiple members. I had fees upcharged and added to my CD that were NEVER agreed to even when the staff tried to pull "per our negotiations" but tried to ignore WRITTEN agreements on what was stated.
