They overall finish quality was rushed and detail work was not so great. For the price these house are being sold they are not worth it. I regret making the decision to make this my families first house and if i could leave i would. I am not happy in this house and by what the website reviews show nobody else who purchased one of these over priced fast rushed crappy detail work is happy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

The overall experience in buying a house was horrid thanks to the staff of Pulte mortgage. This was my first experience of buying a house and it was hellish. From issues with negligence and predatory lending behavior to just plain being rude, snarky, and highly unprofessional by multiple members. I had fees upcharged and added to my CD that were NEVER agreed to even when the staff tried to pull "per our negotiations" but tried to ignore WRITTEN agreements on what was stated. I have to say that everyone else was absolutely amazing. Roger, Joshua and a guy from Pulte when I did my final walk through with were all amazing. The house is well built, haven’t had any real issues. The people I have interacted with were top top notch people. Except for one, the sales guy named Dwight. First time meeting him was great! Lenders are not professional enough for the financial process of buyers lives while they work through the process together so use outside funds for this neighborhood

I started out with happiness and then it went to, "got the sale nothing more for homeowner". I have been in my new home for 2 months and unable to to get weatherstipping on 2 entry doors. One door had none from the start and still waiting, the other was in pieces and needed to be replaced, still waiting. Took a month to get someone to fix my garage entry door due to the fact it would not close to lock. I have submitted 3 service request and emails asking to fix these items. So, my experience has not been a smily face for a new homeowner.

Our point of contact was horrible and the building process was very slow. Really disappointing when other homes that started after ours, were completed before. Our closing date was moved almost 1.5 months.

Centex home put me onto pulte mortgage to use as a lender who were very misleading and deceptive. When asked for a refund it took 4 months to receive my money back for appraisal and credit being ran. The centrex office wasn't very helpful in how tonresolve this issue and said they'd take it out of the closing cost which didn't happen. The builders themselves have been very helpful and have come by to fix things that weren't quite right or missing without a problem and have been the best part about the process

We love our home. Dislike the process. Final closing figures was not what was on the actual document. Slow to respond asked for the same documents several times when they already had it. Poor communication between the different departments that should be working together. The bad outweighed the good here.

Once they sell home, they forget about you. All problems we have faced Pulte doesn't care. I wish we never bought this house.

I just spent a month in this new home but I have experienced much trouble with a lot of things not working. The first thing I experienced the second day of packing in was the microwave got damaged. Air conditioning system was not properly designed for 2 of the rooms as it does not circulate air. Electrical faults and leakage at the kitchen sinks. Too bad.

Rush job

My yard was never graded correctly and it has caused my back yard CLOSEST to my patio to become a swamp. I was told that as long as the water wasn't standing after 24 hrs that it was fine. I can't even walk through my gate to my back yard a WEEK after it rains because it's still a mud hole. You can see with the naked eye that there are spots that would hold water because of the way it was graded. Like pools graded into my yard. I submitted a request for the repair almost a month ago and still have not had repairs done. They sent someone out, marked the areas, and never came back.

It’s a Good House when you’re outside, Looking at it, But when you look in every detail inside the house you will see lots of problem, the doors are not properly aligned door jamb and all the woods have damage/dents, the concrete slab at the back of the yard is deteriorating, flood on both side of the house, no street light even we reported it to centerpoint, field manager never replied to your txt about your concern, contractor really rush to build the house

The people from the warranty not respond to the orders plus when with did the second walk around they didn't fix anything from the first walk plus the second walk they didn't fix again everything what with mark and we have to leave to do paper work for the house and at the time to come back to the house they didn't fixed that is my experience from you company late respond plus not fix what they promise to fix

The craftsman ship of their workers was bad. I never seen or heard of using caulk as a boarder once floors are laid, what happened to the quarter round strips, paint spots throughout home on the cheap, thin vinyl flooring and carpet. It just goes on.. what happened to quality of work and good craftsmanship.

Centex has not been a good experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming in the beginning, but they are not to be trusted. They force you to close before everything is correct and they tell you it’ll be no problem to get it fixed. Once you reach out, it’s hard for them to fix it. They cut corners and try to make you feel like you’re stupid or wrong for asking them to fix it. If I’m paying this much for a house, I would like it to be done correctly. Terrible.. never have I ever had such a terrible experience buying a house. This is my third one and by far the worst one . No one returns phone call , everyone waits till the last minute to ask for this or that. Talked to a cpl neighbors and basically had the same experience. If it wasn’t for having so much time invested in it, I would have backed out and went else where.
