I highly recommend building with Centex Homes. Our experience was great from day one, the sales representatives are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The construction managers work very hard to ensure that the house is as absolutely close to perfect as possible, and also go above and beyond to make sure that you as the buyer understand every aspect of your new home. I would most definitely return to build another house in the future.

I was individually cared for with excellence every step of the way and they did an amazing job at keeping me updated throughout the entire process! Great home. Having difficulties with flooring but the company definitely takes care of your problems.

I have had to put a ticket in 4x in one month (2) tkts were due to my downstairs not heating up. I have had the ac/heating company come out twice the first one shut vents on my 2nd floor and did an air balance check and still it did not help. The second time they came out they opened up the vents upstairs and told me to run the fan while running the heater still no big change in the way my downstairs feels. Now I believe im beginning to see a spot on my ceiling in my upstairs bathroom that cld be a roof leak. I also had an irrigation issue on the side of my home when I moved I was told this will be fixed and they did come out and replace sod. The side of my home is still "muddy" and I cant walk to my backyard without destroying another pair of shoes. So no in all honesty I have had too many issues for this to be a brand new home. ... My new home is beautiful and I'm so very excited to live in it. I've had a few issues pop up but the warranty customer service has been too notch so far. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Hewitt plan in one of the new subdivisions so had to wait for the building to start and once it started it was on. I was over almost everyday and was Impressed with the work site it was busy during work hours and clean like there was no work going on in the evenings. The workmanship and materials are great along with the price of the home, I never thought that I would purchase a Centex home but I did and I love my home. Working with Centex has been the best home buying experience I have had from beginning to the end.

Great experience. Our construction manager was Austin. He was very courteous and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Austin made the building experience very Easy and painless.

My overall experience in the beginning was great! But, as I moved into the home I began noticing a lot of things that were wrong. I was in communication with the Field Manager at first but I guess he became overwhelmed with my many concerns about things not being up to par as they were presented upon closing and stopped answering my calls and responding to text messages. I still have unresolved repairs/issues from inside and outside.
