It began with miscommunication from the initial visit to the office. The staff were amazingly receptive and accommodating. We heard exactly what we were looking for with our expectations and the VA loan we were applying for. The rate was below 5% and the incentive monies were a great perk. I moved in April 15, 2024 hoping to settle in a new home where I wouldn’t have to worry about any issues first month of moving in noticed that water was leaking from AC furnace drain pipe and had home warranty work done well that issue was resolved. Very bad workmanship, rushed to closed without finishing the house

The house was rushed to closed by the builder even it was not completed. The third-party inspector told me not to buy this house as he was so worried about the build quality. When we move in the house so many incomplete items need to be fixed, we have to take time off work to stay and wait for their independent contractor schedule to fix those that should have been finished before hand.

This has been a horrible experience. They rushed the job and have no process to guarantee quality. Their process is asking first time home buyers do you like the house. I am not a contractor. Honestly, this was an overall very poor experience. In all aspects of those that handled my buying experience. There was a lack of care, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout. And I was extremely disappointed.

Flooding issues.

They do not level the back yard for drainages unless they put the grass, my house did not include grass on the back and since we moved in and weeks prior to closing my yard was flooded and told many times my construction manager and never fix it, it’s been 3 months since we moved in and I still have the same issue and they refuse to fix it. I bought a new “quality” home to not have these issues but it’s been a terrible experience. Warranty guy never contacted me or email me about warranties.

I have lived in my home less than 2 months and it is little falling apart. The longer I live here the more issues I have. The attention to detail is terrible. The quality is terrible. My cabinets must have been installed by someone with no experience. The texture and paint have to be fixed. The shower rod is so cheap it literally broke when I hung my shower curtain. I’m so frustrated with this home.

Poor wiring job, dead spots on upstairs floor, poor sod job

Kitchen was not wired properly. We have to have the garbage disposal permanently unplugged if we want to run the dishwasher. There was no split in the wiring to allow both to run separately. Upstairs floor has several dead spots. The grass/sod job in the back yard was quite poor. On our 5th week in and there is still significant patches in the lawn.

Builder Usman is terrible never spent time with me. He didn’t fix any of the issues. I met different builders every time i went to meet up. Make sure you get a inspector. I had a leaking ceiling on my first 3 days in my hole and without power for 2 days.

Lived in the home less than 1 month and had roof leak from rain. Power breaker problems. Breaker was fixed 2 times and leak never fixed it’s been over 10 days! Horrible customer service and building manager is not responsive to issues. Thinking of taking legal action at this point!!!!!

BAD for business. Outstanding issues, months after closing.

It’s been two months after closing and issues are still being discovered in addition to NOT being initially completed. It’s the little things the workers didn’t take pride in; baseboards not sealed correctly, non active bathroom bent, AC vent installed incorrectly (facing the window which creates moisture), installing the address numbers directly under the light where no one can see them, not thoroughly cleaning the house before I’ve taken possession, etc. Once things were supposed to be completed, I’ve asked for photos (as the home owner) but was told to get them from someone else.
