People are nice, helping nature, overall it is a nice experience, i am willing to deal with them again.

I was very pleased that I was checked in from the contractors on site to make sure everything after moving in was going well. The sellers were nice when asked questions regarding closing dates.

I love my new home and was so impressed with my builder Everett! He went above and beyond my expectations when making sure that I was happy with my home!

Our site manager was really great in explaining everything to us during the build. We really appreciate his hard work, however now that we have moved in we have noticed multiple issues that show the laziness of the builders cutting corners to get the house built. Needless to say, we will be calling several work orders.

Even though we had delays due to city requirements, the builder was great throughout the entire process. They were very helpful most especially the builder for my house I had because he was more than great. I would definitely recommend Centex to family and friends.

Some cheap parts. Kitchen sink is equivalent to trailer house sink. Not enough closet space. Option of double rods in closet would be nice with a 9 ft. ceiling

Overall we are very pleased with the final out come of our home. We were provided biweekly updates of where they were in the build process. They made sure we had all the information we needed as first time home owners. They even checked on us after closing to see if there was anything we needed. I would definitely recommend Centex to anyone. We are loving our house and neighborhood.

It was an easy and enjoyable experience and we are extremely satisfied with our home!

It was fun yet stressful. Our building manager was AMAZING. He had high expectations and held his workers to them through out the process. I do think some changes would help, as far as the tubs and stuff being in the home were full of construction materials and stuff, so I've noticed scratches on them and that's not something I noticed through a walk through.

Our home was part of the builder’s inventory so they needed to sell quickly. They worked with us and our realtor every step of the way. The process was easy and the home was everything we were hoping for. And on final walk through, I was very impressed with the knowledge the representative had about everything in the house. He walked us through how every appliance works, all flooring/siding/etc details and how to care for them, sprinkler system...EVERYTHING. We moved in knowing how our house. The only things I would say against the home are 1-the air conditioner drain pipe was constructed in such a way that the water spilled over and ended up leaking through to the bottom floor. However, the customer care team was quick to send out a repair man and fix the problem. And 2-the paint used on the walls throughout the home seems to pick up every scuff and mark possible. Being a flat paint, it does not hold up well with moving furniture in or with children in general. We will definitely need to repaint everything with a tougher finish. First new home. Meets expectations

House was done on time and of upmost quality.

It’s a Good House when you’re outside, Looking at it, But when you look in every detail inside the house you will see lots of problem, the doors are not properly aligned door jamb and all the woods have damage/dents, the concrete slab at the back of the yard is deteriorating, flood on both side of the house, no street light even we reported it to centerpoint, field manager never replied to your txt about your concern, contractor really rush to build the house

It did take a little time to close, and at times the same paperwork that I was asked to submit was being asked to submit more than once either because Centex claimed they never received it or they needed it again. As for my reason to giving a 1 star on Responsiveness to issues is due to a couple of maintenance issues I have that was brought to their attention to 3 different people and I have yet to receive a callback, Email or anything on those maintenance issues that need to be fixed, going on week 4 now.

Everything they did was amazing. They listen to you and every aspect, while they Building your house , they are awesome.

Built a great home very quickly (too quickly) Project manager was great and very responsive up until closing date. After moving in, we noticed a lot of things Un-finished. This is my first home and expected the closeout to be close to perfect, this however was not the case. Un/finished home and we now a month later have to go through warranty to get our problems fixed.

I just spent a month in this new home but I have experienced much trouble with a lot of things not working. The first thing I experienced the second day of packing in was the microwave got damaged. Air conditioning system was not properly designed for 2 of the rooms as it does not circulate air. Electrical faults and leakage at the kitchen sinks. Too bad.

Hello. I was overall satisfied with my new home. Blake was an amazing field manager. Quick on any issues to reply to me. Very nice and made sure everything was great. I couldn’t have asked for more. Everything is amazing and brand new I really love it and it’s an Honor to call a centex home, my new home.

My home is beautiful. There were just two things that were supposed to be taken care of that weren't. Hopefully those two things will still be able to be fixed,as promised. Other than that, my home is just perfect.
