BAD for business. Outstanding issues, months after closing.

It’s been two months after closing and issues are still being discovered in addition to NOT being initially completed. It’s the little things the workers didn’t take pride in; baseboards not sealed correctly, non active bathroom bent, AC vent installed incorrectly (facing the window which creates moisture), installing the address numbers directly under the light where no one can see them, not thoroughly cleaning the house before I’ve taken possession, etc. Once things were supposed to be completed, I’ve asked for photos (as the home owner) but was told to get them from someone else. I have submitted a work order and no ome has gotten back at me. I also emailed and called the warranty representative Elainee Moreno and she doesn't get back at me either.
