This is my third brand new home I purchased and the manner in which this brand new home was turned over to me after closing is not acceptable. Absolutely sub par. Minor issues arise and that is understandable but we are currently dealing with MAJOR issues with my home which the building manager has a rebuttal for each issue we present. Construction is not my profession so when Dennis, the building manager has a solution to our issues it involves manual labor on our part. Builder Usman is terrible never spent time with me. He didn’t fix any of the issues. I met different builders every time i went to meet up. Make sure you get a inspector. I had a leaking ceiling on my first 3 days in my hole and without power for 2 days.

Lived in the home less than 1 month and had roof leak from rain. Power breaker problems. Breaker was fixed 2 times and leak never fixed it’s been over 10 days! Horrible customer service and building manager is not responsive to issues. Thinking of taking legal action at this point!!!!!

Horrible experience from start to finish

For starters, pulte mortgage fumbled the entire loan process from beginning to end, leaving me to figure out how to get approved by the guidance of a completely independent loan officer outside of PMC. Then there's the house... sadly I had no other choice as my lease was expiring and the slow churning loan process that was riddled with delays and misinformation forced me to ride it out just so I could have a home to live in. Rodrick doesn’t follow up with nothing very unprofessional and he doesn’t follow through with what he actually said that he was going to have done. We’ve been waiting for weeks.

My family an I moved into (our home) thank GOD ITS NOT OUR FOR EVERY HOME. First there was no inspection done only the H2O inspection paying almost 400,000 for a home you would think I would have gutters though their were none. It’s been two months after closing and issues are still being discovered in addition to NOT being initially completed. It’s the little things the workers didn’t take pride in; baseboards not sealed correctly, non active bathroom bent, AC vent installed incorrectly (facing the window which creates moisture), installing the address numbers directly under the light where no one can see them, not thoroughly cleaning the house before I’ve taken possession, etc. Once things were supposed to be completed, I’ve asked for photos (as the home owner) but was told to get them from someone else.
