No trim on one of the bathrooms, shower courtain pole was broken, kitchen cabinet top trim it’s not balanced and wasn’t fix, electricity issues mentioned on the walkthrough. When I received the house, all those issues mentioned on the inspection and walkthrough wasn’t done.

You know I talked to my neighbors and all received appliances, but I didn’t receive appliances and I had to buy my own. When I called to see why? They said my purchase had more cash discount. This was not explained to me buy the sales person. Second, our package included a garage door opener but it was not installed. I contacted the service department, they issued a check for $336 to make me happy. I paid a contractor $600 to install a garage door opener. And now I am working with PGP title to receive the original warranty deed, which they claim it was lost in the mail. Not too good guys. You can do better. ... More

Brief, the sale experience with Mike is not positive, slow response, not caring and surprises due to the final walk for the garage paint was not included. Price is not cheap. In contrast, the construction person William is amazing and very professional.

Mediocre experience, small let downs throughout process Builder non responsive

It is really a great experience working with Centex/Pulte and all its people from day 1 as a first time home buyer . They all made it a less-stress process and I am always updated with every step of the way. Thank you Centex/Pulte!

The people from the warranty not respond to the orders plus when with did the second walk around they didn't fix anything from the first walk plus the second walk they didn't fix again everything what with mark and we have to leave to do paper work for the house and at the time to come back to the house they didn't fixed that is my experience from you company late respond plus not fix what they promise to fix

The Centex team was professional, friendly, and helpful during my home buying experience. The construction manager and the sales rep went over and beyond to make sure that all if my questions got answered in a timely manner. They both went over and beyond to ensure I was happy as a customer.

Centex builders really made the purchase of our home a smooth and enjoyable process. All the timelines where met and there were able to accommodate our needs at every step on the process.

Excellent service very very friendly staff and attention

Initially, everything went smoothly and we were optimistic. However, as time passed, the process became increasingly stressful and unreliable. It felt like we were initially promised the world, but then faced excuse after excuse for why they couldn't fulfill their promises. We discovered that the construction manager had provided false information, and we are currently working with the warranty team to address these issues. Unfortunately, the construction manager's attitude was condescending and made me feel belittled, as if I was being treated as unintelligent or irrational. Furthermore, the sales manager failed to follow up during and after the closing process, showing no interest in our satisfaction. Recently, I greeted her with a friendly wave, but she responded with a blank stare and no acknowledgement, despite making direct eye contact. On another note, the floors are terrible quality. ...
