The process was fairly easy. Hopefully you have a computer because everything is done online.

EVERYONE WAS GREAT AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH

The experience has been bad thus far. However, I have been ghosted after having some issues with the extended warranty on couple of my appliances. Additionally, I have complained about the standing water within my yard, which is still under warranty I must had, but still no one had made the effort to come and get this situated. I am getting the sense that they are doing as much as they can to not honor this warranty.

This was a very interesting process in terms of things being asked for more than once but in the end so worth it

The house is great and we didn't ave to worry about anything because they had it ready.

The overall experience was beyond awesome. There was a little confusion and miscommunication throughout the process but I must say everyone was great and it all pulled together at the end. I’m beyond satisfied. Thank you to all that took part in my process.

David our construction manager was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations. He was very helpful when we had questions. We Love our new Home.

Every person involved in our home purchase was helpful and very accommodating. They explained everything regarding our home, in detail, and offered additional support as needed. I am very pleased with our experience.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home. Our salesman was so professional, friendly and prompt with all information. The quality of the home is as expected with builder grade products. There was a construction problem found with one of the walls during inspection and it was promptly resolved By the builder, who was great. We closed on time with no surprises.

Michael was a great builder. He was with us every step of the way and went above an beyond to explain each and every detail with us. He communicated in a timely manner. Even after moving in, he has been helpful in answering the occasional question.

Called the office and spoke with Jennifer regarding the AC Unit area there was concrete dug up and left there and that was supposed to be cleaned up before I moved in, they took 3 to 4 weeks to do it, also they still didn’t do the job the area around the AC Unit is not paved done like my neighbors to the left or right of me, also there were deep holes in my backyard that I didn’t even see they came and put down old grass that looks like a haystack and it’s going back to the deep holes. I hope that you can send somebody out to see the terrible work that has been done like they don’t care about a brand new property that they are being paid by the hour to do. My overall experience was phenomenal. Everyone was hands on from the time I started the process of buying my first home till the time of closing. The process went so smoothly and I closed within a month. Someone was always available to answer my questions and concerns. I Love my beautiful home. It has everything thing that I desired. It’s structured just the way I always dream it would be. Buying a home from Centex was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life!

The warranty callout for a badly installed vinyl floor took so long and after they eventually secured and got me waiting for a whole day, no one showed up or even called back. I had to put in another ticket. Not sure how they will respond on more serious issues if they took this long to work on this minor issue.

Kitchen was not wired properly. We have to have the garbage disposal permanently unplugged if we want to run the dishwasher. There was no split in the wiring to allow both to run separately. Upstairs floor has several dead spots. The grass/sod job in the back yard was quite poor. On our 5th week in and there is still significant patches in the lawn.

The experience was great from Eli in the sales office to Dennis doing the walk through. I truly love my new home and am thankful for those that helped me get into it.

The buying process was very good. Corbin the sales rep was very helpful. Kyle the construction manager did an amazing job. Over all it’s way better than other builders in Marvida.

My husband and I were ready to buy our first home and I had been looking in this area at different floor plans. Came fell in love with a floor plan and got the ball rolling. Everyone was super helpful from Amy to the builder and the warranty guy. Even the loan officer and underwriter. I look forward to seeing the community grow and expand.

Good team and we love our new home

I started out with happiness and then it went to, "got the sale nothing more for homeowner". I have been in my new home for 2 months and unable to to get weatherstipping on 2 entry doors. One door had none from the start and still waiting, the other was in pieces and needed to be replaced, still waiting. Took a month to get someone to fix my garage entry door due to the fact it would not close to lock. I have submitted 3 service request and emails asking to fix these items. So, my experience has not been a smily face for a new homeowner.

Overall the experience was great. They made sure we would be able to get our dream home.

Outside of the buying experience, which was amazing, and working with the builder, who was on site at the time everything else has been very poor quality. I have several issues or just the ongoing with no timelines and no consistent. Follow up. I’m hoping things improve, but I have already had to spend quite a bit of my own personal money which may not get reimbursed to get things working like my garage door like my washing machine like my security system on and on and on. And for the record, the siding and landscaping was done horribly to begin with, and it shows to this day, which means I will have to spend more money to get that corrected. And all I’m not too unhappy with my purchase. I’m grateful things could be better. I hope my input will be used to spare of the next homeowners the same headaches thank you. ... More
