Everyone was very polite and listened to every one of my concerns. They kept me updated to every step of the way. I had a very good experience.

We love our new home. The few minor issues we found were quickly addressed and corrected. The builder worked with us throughout the process and was friendly and accessible. We would highly recommend them.

The entire purchasing process was quick, simple and painless free. They even assisted with getting my other house sold by working with that title company on my behalf (long story there). I’m pleased with the entire process and outcome.

Shannon did everything she could possible to make it worthwhile to get into my home. Price was right. House was ready for move in. Aaron made the walk thru happen with no glytches.

Our house is great. Centex probably tries to give us a great product but I could give a couple of advices: - Read everything. Yes it will take a lot of time, but you need to do it. - Hire an external inspector. The external inspection's report should have a lot of pictures (my inspection was great). - You must do an inspection by yourself. The inspector is a human been and can make mistakes. In my case, he didn't notice something that I did. - Do not sign until the house has no issues. We found some issues with the house (no big problems, most of them just details),so the closing date was reschedule. During the final walkthrough I checked all the details to be solved in a rush, but I wasn't 100% agree with one solution. When we moved to our new house, that "solution" didn't work as we expected and now I am waiting for the supplier to solve the situation (little A/C adjustment). - When you receive your keys, the fist think to do (after the joy), verify the timer (splinkler system) if you have it already installed. I didn't do it. I week after we moved, I noticed that our grass was really bad (overwatering). Probably it is my bad because I should be aware of that since the beginning. Our closing date was almost 1 month after the grass was planted, we moved 1 week after the closing date, I checked the timer 1 week after we moved. The times for watering were excessive (20 minutes in some areas, everyday) and that was causing the grass begins to decompose. I am trying to solve that problem. ... More

I just purchased a home at Mavera community. Haven't had the experience of living in it yet. Mainly choice it for the beautiful nice atmosphere, and amenities it has to offer. My experience purchasing this house wouldn't have been great if it wasn't for the dedication and hard work of the warranty and construction team. Christopher and especial kudos to Coleman! Very knowledgeable, provided valuable information. Communicate effectively. Was very supportive, patient, caring and kind. Always willing to help resolve any issues or concerns I had with the house. Chris was amazing! He took great care of us during the construction phase of our home. He listened to all of our concerns along the way and patiently answered all questions. Chris made us feel like we were in good hands during the entire time!

The home buying process was really great with Centex! Everything went smoothly and our realtor and the construction manager were both great to work with as well as the mortgage team!

My experience with my Centex new home purchase was flawless. I chose to go this direction as I would like to leftover funds for traveling etc, rather than have all my money go to a house note. I’m 100% happy with the neighborhood my new home is in. I chose the Windrow subdivision as it is a great balance between country & city living. You are minutes away from both living here & close to anything you could possibly need, great area…

Easy to love floorplans and location were exactly what i was looking for. The large windows and quality appliances make the home seem spacious and welcoming.

I am a first time home buyer. Centex and their staff made the whole process so smooth. I was constantly getting updates every week. The build quality of the house was amazing especially for the price. The builder, and builder’s team did great in fixing the little things in a timely matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first home. I’m sure you will too, so please check Centex homes out. You will not be disappointed!

It was overall a pretty smooth experience, although, we lost our sales agent during construction and received limited updates on the construction status. Moving from out of state was grueling but rewarding. Thank you for your assistance.
