House flooded and had water damage after a worker nailed a water line. Nobody told me. If I hadn't went to the house and saw it, I never would have known. I had to demand a mold test be done. Of course, they found mold and didn't tell me that either. I found out when I saw a moldy baseboard laying on the kitchen countertop under a vent. I wouldn't recommend centex to my worst enemy. They hire horrible contactors and they cheap out on any and everything they can. I moved into a brand new house that has paint all over the floors throughout the house, paint and mud stains on the carpet, holes in ...

This was my fourth new construction home with four different builders and by far the worst experience ever. All complaints are for the construction part of things. Title and sales were great!
