Love the home

Cheap light fixtures and plumbing fixtures. No top grade placed before laying a poor quality bermuda grass on the yard. Developer (Pulte/Centex) doesn't take care of it's designated land (sidewalks, berms, drainage area). No homeowner representation on HOA.

For a suburban home lot it isn't bad. I cant help but think could could more out of my money by just custom building slightly further out of town. It is a tract home so quality is pretty good for the most part but there Is definitely signs of going fast. They did a decent job for drainage on the whole community but they should have still put more thought into it because they definitely went the cheap route.

Constant electrical trips of water heater. Plumbing mixed up with outside faucet and kitchen sink. Grass in front yard sunk after rain.

The house is a beautiful house and we got it for a great price, but there are some things that I have issues with. Some of the walls are crooked. We had been told we would get a paint kit when we closed to touch up minor blemishes, but yet again day after day we are let down. The fininacial portion of the house was very smooth. No issues there.

Reno and Melissa were amazing thru the process of buying my house. I was overseas and saw my house the day before signing all the paperwork and the house was perfect. Thank you to the entire team you guys are amazing!!!

There are a couple of issues that still need to be address. But don't know who to contact, as we have mentioned it twice to the Centex Realtor at the new home sales office. The ground/front yard is not leveled and very uneven in many places. My elderly father who lives with me has fallen a couple of times because the ground has so many uneven areas. I have also tripped and twisted my ankle when walking throughout our front yard. Its difficult to continue to clean out the weeds because its difficult to walk safely throughout the yard. I got a great price per square foot on a new home in Elley Crossing. Unfortunately, I'm finding out you get what you pay for. I experienced several quality control issues that, for the most part, they're willing to address. But it can be a bit of a hassle to see these issues through. I still have some pending. Also, all lighting fixtures and bathroom finishings used in my home were very basic. But that could be why I got such a good price. The paint quality could be better too, and my yards are still an unleveled mess, but overall, I still feel like I got a good deal. Maybe I should be asked again to review the home in a few years to see if it holds up. So far, not bad. But I put some extra work and money into my home. If you're looking for move-in ready, maybe customize one to your liking and steer clear of the quick move-in deals on the ones that are readily available. That may have been my mistake. But if you want a great deal on the financed amount, and are willing to do some upgrades yourself, the quick move-ins are a good deal. ... More

Make sure u run the water all at the same time to make sure the plumbing was done correctly and don’t have issues

My rental home was in better condition than what I thought would be a new home. My wife says the habitat for humanity home she grew up in didn't have as many errors. I don't know whether to trust any repairs would be more than just patch work rather than actually correcting the building errors and lack of craftsmanship. I regret buying a Centex home I regret trusting Centex with building my home. I don't know whether to just walk away from this home it's saddening to know Centex builders have such a low moral standard when building homes. I've called the building manager several times with no answer. I would really like a representative of Centex corporate to see the obvious errors. Walls aren't straight I know cause I checked the most obvious one with a leveler the top of the wall is level where the obvious lower part is pulling forward the leveler verified this. Their in a gap between the granite counter top and the lower kitchen shelves it's obvious the same issue is present in the master bathroom but they used a nail gun to try and attach the restroom lower cabinet to the wall then they used seal to fill in the gap running the length of the master sink they even left a nail popping out the side of the lower restroom cabinet with no attempt to remove it it's just popping out. Shady and extremely poor craftsmanship all the way around my house. To many errors to list I'm extremely disappointed and looking into other options to abandon this house. my Centex home is awesome! They build was on time and 2 months into my move and I have zero problems.

Centex homes/builder was very compassionate, professional and personable in meeting my families needs. The price(s) were very reasonable compared to other local home builders.

Every single day I find something new that's wrong with this house. I truly wish I never would of bought a home from Centex.

Everything went smoothly.

We had nothing but issues with our build out. Our manager was more like a 50’s salesman than a manager. I would not recommend that anyone build with Centex or Pulte homes.

I didn't know i could buy a new home with my low budget but the centex professional sales people helped me to over come the obstacles and move in to a new home

Looked at many other home builders and chose. Quality homes for less.

In general is really good, just sometimes we have to insist to Alan (Field Manager) to resolve a few things on the house.
