It was time to upgrade and move our family to a new house and we were very fortunate to find a new community within a great school district for our kids. The whole purchasing process was very streamlined and we felt the seller and construction manager were very responsive to all our questions. The building quality is great and actually surpassed my expectations. In my opinion it's Pulte quality just without all the options. We did hire a home inspection company and they found no concerns at each stage of building which says a lot and is a great piece of mind. We put our life savings toward thi new home and we feel we made the right decision. Can't wait to meet all our new neighbors, especially when the new community center will be built by next summer. Best experience ever! Centex and pulte are great!

We had the best experience from start to finish. Joey at the front office was fantastic. Mike with the construction crew was fantastic as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful. And we love our new home!

We were pleased with our new purchase. The home had some minor fixes required and everyone was super helpful and prompt.

The builders were so thorough when discussing potential concerns with me. They are also extremely communicable and responsive. They gave me updates throughout the building process and gave me the impression that no question was too insignificant, I would recommend Centex homes to friends and family.

Buying a new home can be stressful, however the team at Centex did an excellent job finding us the perfect layout for our family that suited everyone's needs. Additionally, all concerns regarding the sale, contruction, and additional follow up support were addressed immediately. From the sales man to the construction manager of the community and the house, everything was so clear and responsive to any of our questions, our house is nice looking on the outside and materials of what it was made and finishing of the interiors are great. Perfect for a combat veteran

Agent=Phillip/Builder=Kevin. Together they kept me up-to-date on progress of building of new house over a 10 week inspection. Phillip provided with regular updates with photos. I had a couple of independent inspections before closing. Kevin worked through all with me until complete. They both did an exceptional job.

I will like to said that. Eric Mario and Abraham are the best I what they do I have a great experience with them I'm very happy

What a wonderful buying experience from start to finish. Sales reps Kristen and Andrew answered all questions and were very helpful. Construction crew managers, Kolby and Edd were on top of everything. They all worked to make the buying process less stressful.
