Project manager is very helpful

Overall the process was very simple and smooth. Everything came out wonderful and our house feels like home to us.

The people helping set up and follow up on the buying process were fantastic and have no issues with this process. The walkthroughs were great I was being told things are checked and double checked. The problem now is I keep having issues with electrical, plumbing, and now windows leaking during rain. I was against buying a new house for fear of these reasons, these reasons that I was told shouldn’t be a problem. I keep having to take whole days off work just to be here to fix all these problems. make sure that you are in constant communication with you builder and do not be afraid to voice your opinion. They are friendly and very understanding.

Where do I start, My homebuying experience was a nightmare. it started after 2 weeks I moved in the guest bathroom toilet got clogged. Submitted a claim and they came 3 days later to snake the sewer pipes and with great success it was cleared. 2 weeks later I had another clogged toilet on a Friday night and paid $740 dollars on after hour plumber company. Cleared the problem again but the plumber thinks something is in the pipe and he didn't have a camera to check but cleared the clogged. Then 1 week after that it got clogged again. Frustrated with the clogging issues insisted the plumber use a camera this time. Well, we found a 2-inch pipe fitting that was stuck at the Y connector to the sewer line that was clogging my pipes. Water went in my primary bedroom, primary bathroom and the walk-in closet. it took 2 days for the plumber two days for the plumber to come out. 4 days for a cleaning crew and they still haven't fix my carpet and the wood floors. My ring door bell has been on a warranty work order since 06/17/2025 and to this day is not fix. Warranty manager that I had the unfortunate to have, made it seems it was your fault for all the problems with your new house. for instance, the warranty manager would blame me for the clogged toilet with too much toilet paper and wipes. I can see it the first 2 times that the toilet got clogged, but when you have a 2-inch pipe fitting lodge inside the sewer pipe nullified the warranty manger accusations. ... More

Our first time homebuying experience was a great one! The construction manager Mario did an outstanding job and made sure he provided us all the information we needed for our home. We love our centex home!

Homebuying went smoothly, wonderful and friendly staff! Opportunity for workmanship/build of home could be better. Porch and back porch cement not aligned. Construction debris/dust inside house. Took time to cleanup while trying to move in.

The honebuying experience was ok. I like the ones stop shop experience. So far everything is good. A few issues with some electrical issues ...a few other things but OK.

Mr. Eric and Mr. Ibrahim were very customers oriented. Always were available for answer any concern or situation that arise. They at all time showed their knowledge and professionalism. I never recommend PULTE Mortgage as a financial institution. They were too rude, unfriendly and not organized. PULTE MORTGAGE decrease Centex prestige.

It was easy to apply and get an approval quickly. Did not give me the run around.

My Centex Sales Associate Chance was WONDERFUL, I can’t sing his praises loud enough. No matter my questions, he always made time for me. Andrew our project manager was wonderful. Closing - we almost did not close on time due to the fact that I could not get in touch with the closing agent. Why…..BECAUSE THEY WERE MOVING INTO THEIR NEW OFFICE!!!! Poor poor poor excuse. I called Chance, and he was able to get SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK!!! Quality of workmanship and materials - LOUSY Responsive to issues - After moving in - Even more LOUSY SADLY we have friends coming to look for a house in March And in good faith we will NOT BE LOOKING AT CENTEX HOMES. We were able to qualify for a nice home in the Corley Farms area. The entire process from sale to loan to close were pretty much completed with minimal hassle. We look forward to making our new home comfortable and enjoying the area.

I absolutely had the best sales representative! Nancy was professional, courteous, efficient and made my dream home come true. I love everything about my new home inside and out. And my neighborhood is so beautiful, love our entrance especially with the Christmas lights and decorations. This is my third Centex home and all of them exceed expectations.

All staff have been very nice. I find the craftsmanship of the home to be lacking. It’s the fine details. My ceiling is crooked. The exhaust vents in the bathrooms were installed very loose. The chalking all around the house just looks like a child laid it. The flooring adhesive is all over the place. There’s more but I’m done for now.

Very comfortable and great community

They just want your money. They rush you to put the down payment down before you can read the contracts. I didn’t want power lines I along my back yard. 2 weeks after I moved in, power lines were installed along my fence - within inches and through trees. And yes the landowner supplied drawings to CPS for approval of where they want them. Yes it’s a Pulte/Centex decision but they try and tell you they have no control. Not true. When you try and call them about any issues, they don’t respond at all. Just told me I own the house now. Terrible customer service. I wish I would have joined the subdivision Facebook page long before I put any money down. I would have never purchased here based on what the people who live here say. At least the people who live here have created a great community in spite of the home builders. ... More

We have a scheduled closing date but when we arrive we were told that it was change which wasted our time. Also, they keep changing the dates coz meter still not installed. We ended up paying extra cash on the date we close which was unsatisfactory.
