We as many new Home Owners go through each step of purchasing a home! Shea introduced us with knowledge and information about Centex and what there were to offer. 2 months in and have had more problems than anticipated with a new build. Cabinet doors, outside stonework pieces broken off, etc. You can see where they took easier routes (cheaper).

Great buying experience...except for attorneys at closing when using LLC

Everything has been pretty simple and the repair/fix process has been easy too!

Love the house and the location. Construction manager was a super nice guy and made the terrible hand off from the sales person smooth.

My experience buying a home with Center Homes was outstanding from start to finish. From the very beginning, their team made the process seamless and stress-free. They were incredibly professional and communicative, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. Their knowledge of the market and the quality of their homes stood out, making me feel confident in my decision.

From the moment I came in to look at what my possible new home would look like I felt like a was actually coming home. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and most of all patient. They showed us the possibilities and helped make them become reality! I’m so greatful to all of them for helping our family come home.

We are deeply disappointed with the poor quality of customer service we have experienced since closing on our house. Despite our efforts, no one has been willing to address the issues we have encountered. It has now been 45 days since closing, and several problems remain unresolved. While I prefer not to mention any names here, it is important for the management team to be aware of the individuals responsible for the Winding Brook subdivision in San Antonio, TX. I wish there were a way to share pictures to illustrate our concerns.

I'm so glad to have found this home in this location. I started immediately with Kristen who was so great in helping with even more than I was expecting. This carried over to discussions with the builder, Walker. He too went above and beyond. This has definitely been a great experience, and I would highly recommend having a conversation with them here if one is looking for a new home.

Our sales rep Joey was great and straightforward with all of our questions. Very happy with the transaction. House was in good condition when we closed.

For a first time buyer, the entire team did an amazing job making the home buying process simple and quick. They also took the time to make sure that I understood all the paperwork involved, answered all questions, and made sure everything was perfect with the house.

I wish the kitchen cabinet doors fit better. The hot water temperature is too low.

This process was so much easier than i expected. Christian who was part of the construction crew was extremely responsive and helpful, he even stopped by several times even when our home was already handed off. Overall can't think of a single complaint from the mortgage and financing to closing it was a great experience

It was time to upgrade and move our family to a new house and we were very fortunate to find a new community within a great school district for our kids. The whole purchasing process was very streamlined and we felt the seller and construction manager were very responsive to all our questions. The building quality is great and actually surpassed my expectations. In my opinion it's Pulte quality just without all the options. We did hire a home inspection company and they found no concerns at each stage of building which says a lot and is a great piece of mind. We put our life savings toward thi new home and we feel we made the right decision. Can't wait to meet all our new neighbors, especially when the new community center will be built by next summer.
