Pulte Homes sells you on the pricing and incentives for the new home build. However, once you are hooked into the process, their lack of communication, disorganization and not meeting timelines was more than a new buyer should handle. I kept expressing to them that home buyers only purchase 1 or 2 houses in their lifetime, why do they make their process unbearable? I was many times close to cancelling the deal and forgoing the Ernest monies. However, I did not because I really like the lot of land the house was built on. I also felt like they took advantage of me because I was a remote buyer and not there weekly to check on progress. This is my third house purchase and this experience was 2/10. I should have walked away even before closing on home. Mario (the builder contact) is a joke and not take your issues seriously, even lies. His mgr. Kenny allows this to happen obviously. The warranty shop has been responsive to my issues. Rebecca is now back in the picture from maternity leave and now attempting to clean up the mess I’ve had. I’ve submitted many work orders to be completed and I just closed on home 02/16. I’m hoping that everyone doesn’t have an experience like this. Not what I expected for a big purchase and new construction home!

We had the best experience from start to finish. Joey at the front office was fantastic. Mike with the construction crew was fantastic as well. Everyone was very nice and helpful. And we love our new home!

We were pleased with our new purchase. The home had some minor fixes required and everyone was super helpful and prompt.

Valerie in sales and Robert in inspection/delivery were great. Some hiccups along the way in financing and paperwork before completing sale. Overall good experience.

Excellent Service of everyone, I´m so happy

This is our first time buying a home so we did not know much about it. We are big on communication and professionalism. And that's exactly what everyone that worked with this did; communicate greatly starting with Michelle who showed us our forever home. She was honest, transparent, but most of all posituve and very professional. We greatly appreciate everything and are happy campers.

Much less issue on this new home compare to other builders.

The builders were so thorough when discussing potential concerns with me. They are also extremely communicable and responsive. They gave me updates throughout the building process and gave me the impression that no question was too insignificant, I would recommend Centex homes to friends and family.

Centex home is well built with reasonable price. The staffs are rapidly responsive to your concerns.

Buying a new home can be stressful, however the team at Centex did an excellent job finding us the perfect layout for our family that suited everyone's needs. Additionally, all concerns regarding the sale, contruction, and additional follow up support were addressed immediately. From the sales man to the construction manager of the community and the house, everything was so clear and responsive to any of our questions, our house is nice looking on the outside and materials of what it was made and finishing of the interiors are great. I did not have any issues with the builder/project manager. My experience with him was and continues to be great. He was great at responding to my concerns and was helpful when I needed something (either modify a thing in the house or repeat the process).

The process was extremely smooth and moved along very quickly. The new construction is as expected with some minor flaws from the builders, but that’s to be expected. So far, enjoying our new home.

So far I love my new home it's very beautiful, spacious, comfortable it is very much worth it.

I had a great experience on buying my first home. It was a smooth process. The builders were amazing and help me with everything I needed. Also wanted to thank Alex and Walker for always being there and answering any questions I had. They made the process very smooth.

House is awesome, buying process was nice. It’s been a bit late, but found some parts that painters missed and contacted the main contact for the project, and he still hasn’t came. I know he’s busy, just can’t even get a text back. Some spots in house are a bit off. Like the bannister upstairs isn’t level; and I guess my inspector didn’t see that. But not a big deal, just noticed little things like that, that aren’t great. Other than that stuff, I love living here. Love the neighborhood. Layout could’ve been better for sure, but it works for now.

Sales, Scott, broke everything down for us in a way we could understand (1st time buyer here) and the construction manager, Brett, made sure we were 100% Satisfied before and after the closing. Very down to earth people, I felt valued as a customer/client. Made our 1st buying experience perfection!

I was terrified going into buying my first home. We found the perfect floor plan but had to wait for it to be available. It was sooner then we thought and we were quickly in the buying process. Everyone we spoke to was truly amazing. Michelle sold us and answered all of our questions at any time. Showed us the model built at a new community. Made sure we were comfortable. Derek with Pulte Mortgage processed our loan and was extremely knowledgeable. I really felt like he was in it to help US, and it was smooth sailing through finance. Robert was our construction manager and jumped through hoops to hit our closing deadline and still build to a high quality standard. He was extremely detailed in our walk throughs and found things I would have never seen. I just moved in and our home is beautiful. The loan process literally took until the week before I moved in which was 2 months after my application. I understand processes take a while, but better communication and site updating would be great. Waiting last minute like that ended up costing more to move then if I had a couple weeks to prepare. Workers were still working on homes around me. This led to trash being blown into my yard everyday, plus waking on my newly laid sod. Which coincidentally isn’t growing. I can also say that the port a potty in the yard didn’t help, but also stunk. Maybe I am picky, but the port a potty would have been moved down to another construction area before I laid the sod and a barrier fence should have been put up to prevent the trash before I had to call and say something. The gutters are blocked with trash, we still pick up trash daily from the yard and street, and the run off behind the houses is filled with building material trash. There are a lot of kids around here. Keeping the street clear of rocks and nails would be considerate. Also, driving slower would be appreciated. Two other major issues found before I even made a payment. My handrail for the stairs is not properly mounted and the ceiling above the AC, the paint is cracked and you can see a gap. Other than these issues so far, working with Ruben and Kara was the best part. They were always available and easy to speak with. They did what they could to ensure my concerns were addressed as quickly as possible before the move in. ... More
