My home buying experience was very good & all of the people I worked with were very helpful, kind, respectful & professional.

A home builder is only as good as the people they have running the job in the field. The superintendent that built my house was by far the #1 thing that stood out. He is very responsive, treats any situation as a priority, and is easy to communicate with. Were it not for him, my experience would have been less than great

Our experience buying a home in Elley Crossing was fantastic! Melissa did great evaluating our needs and finding us the perfect home, not just the easiest option to sell us. The builder, Reno, went over and above making sure our home was perfect. He still checks in from time to time making sure we are happy. I recommend buying a Centex home if you are looking for a great value hidden behind beautiful homes!

These homes are advertised as smart houses, which means the wiring is visible outside. The problem is that neither Centex or AT&T will cover the wiring. Spectrum does cover the wiring with a case. Check on this in your area if you want internet or TV.

Project manager is very helpful

Homebuying went smoothly, wonderful and friendly staff! Opportunity for workmanship/build of home could be better. Porch and back porch cement not aligned. Construction debris/dust inside house. Took time to cleanup while trying to move in.

Mr. Eric and Mr. Ibrahim were very customers oriented. Always were available for answer any concern or situation that arise. They at all time showed their knowledge and professionalism. I never recommend PULTE Mortgage as a financial institution. They were too rude, unfriendly and not organized. PULTE MORTGAGE decrease Centex prestige.

It was easy to apply and get an approval quickly. Did not give me the run around.

Great value in a home and quality construction.

We were able to qualify for a nice home in the Corley Farms area. The entire process from sale to loan to close were pretty much completed with minimal hassle. We look forward to making our new home comfortable and enjoying the area.

I wish the kitchen cabinet doors fit better. The hot water temperature is too low.

This process was so much easier than i expected. Christian who was part of the construction crew was extremely responsive and helpful, he even stopped by several times even when our home was already handed off. Overall can't think of a single complaint from the mortgage and financing to closing it was a great experience
