We have only been in our house for a few days, the overall experience is pleasant, we hope to build our home in this place for many years.

This is our first time buying a home so we did not know much about it. We are big on communication and professionalism. And that's exactly what everyone that worked with this did; communicate greatly starting with Michelle who showed us our forever home. She was honest, transparent, but most of all posituve and very professional. We greatly appreciate everything and are happy campers.

Centex home is well built with reasonable price. The staffs are rapidly responsive to your concerns.

I did not have any issues with the builder/project manager. My experience with him was and continues to be great. He was great at responding to my concerns and was helpful when I needed something (either modify a thing in the house or repeat the process).

The process was extremely smooth and moved along very quickly. The new construction is as expected with some minor flaws from the builders, but that’s to be expected. So far, enjoying our new home.

House is awesome, buying process was nice. It’s been a bit late, but found some parts that painters missed and contacted the main contact for the project, and he still hasn’t came. I know he’s busy, just can’t even get a text back. Some spots in house are a bit off. Like the bannister upstairs isn’t level; and I guess my inspector didn’t see that. But not a big deal, just noticed little things like that, that aren’t great. Other than that stuff, I love living here. Love the neighborhood. Layout could’ve been better for sure, but it works for now.

This home is exactly what I needed as far as the size of the house and the yard. I really enjoy it.

The team building our neighborhood, mike in sales and cody in construction are outstanding!!! Unfortunately the product is not great. Barely any grass what was given to us was dead. House was built with. Poor poor poor, materials and is very very noisy due to no insulation in the ceiling. The neighborhood is a disaster, from construction i've had two flat tires in my own yard. Pulte makes centex look bad. But I would use mike and cody for all of my future purchases.

As a first time home buyer purchasing completely on my own, I had sooooo many questions. Ardit was very helpful, proactive and addressed my questions and concerns the same day. He helped put my mind at ease throughout the process even after closing on the home.

Lots of different people involved, but they were all great and very helpful. They walked me through each step from the walkthrough of the house to the move in day.

The process with Centex it was very easy , faster and always with good communication, Michelle my sales representative it was always pending of the process, at the someway Mark the Building manager In the financial department Aaron was the perfect person to may this job , always try to get the operation to the ending, Very Happy in the Centex community

Very good subdivision..I love it,the houses are very homey..the landscaping in the area is superb. Myra and Cody are very knowledgeable in their work and with good customer service ..

At all times we got help from the builder Chris and the sales agent Michelle, excellent attention

Kristin was always available to answer questions, just like Ardit. Weekly updates kept us in the loop on schedules and when we could expect things to happen. not only did they keep us informed, but we moved in ahead of the projected completion date! The buying process was so easy, it was almost scary!

Construction people gave timely updates on build progress and the mortgage people at the closing office were really nice.

The grass that was installed was terrible. Most didn’t have dirt connected to it and is straw now. I mentioned it to the contractor and he said they were switching sod companies that only benefited my neighbors that have really nice sod now.

We had a great home buying experience. Obviously with an new home there are bumps in the road! Along with supply delays and labor shortages, we still are happy with our home and the time frame to build. We started in September 2021 and moved in April 2022. As far as workmanship issues, Centex has handled our issues within a timely manner.
