My buying experience was Centex was 5 stars. The sales team and construction superintendent were responsive and great to work with.

We purchased our home in Texas from Florida. Haley , the sales rep was extremely responsive to emails and questions. I asked for updates and pictures which she sent quickly. Always pleasant and helpful. The mortgage process was easy and quick. The on-site superintendent Landon kept us informed on building progress with weekly updates via email. Once we closed and moved in Chris the builder rep has been stellar in addressing the minor structural/cosmetic issues and resolving them quickly. The entire team is like a family. We are one of the first completed homes so we see the team almost daily in the neighborhood. Very nice people, and they care about what they do. We are very happy here so far. This was our first home purchase/new build and we couldn't be happier with it! My only complaint is that the interior paint stains easily and has to be retouched as cleaning it removes the paint.

Centex homes are easily a step up in quality from what you'll get with other builders at the same price point. I really appreciated how much they involved us in the process and how responsive they were to our concerns. We almost felt like they were building a house just for us rather than a whole bunch of houses at the same time. They are very upfront with you and didn't try to pull anything shady.

The home buying process was a breeze with Centex. Throughout the building process they maintained communication and kept me updated with everything. Upon completion some details seemed rushed and even had a few issues after moving in. However our manager Carlos was amazing and has worked with us to get everything figured out and fixed.

Excellent customer support from sales consultants and builder field supervisor. They were always there to address my concerns.

I would highly recommend our community and homes. Although I will highly discourage anyone from using Pulte Mortgage. In my experience very unprofessional and rude. Other than mortgage company everything else is great.

We're very pleased with the whole process of purchasing our home. Everyone, including the sale consultant, construction manager, and PGP branch manager, is very helpful in every step of the way.

The price is not worth the quality of the workmanship, finishing and materials

I thought I was getting a great home but was disappointed when I could not install my winsow shades when I discovered the wind header was split in two and filled with foam which cannot support the screws. Builder has been notified and have done nothing to repair the issue.

They work with me really well. I really love my house.

We enjoyed working with Lee and other folks through Centex (Pulte) to get the home we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted. Communication could be better throughout the process but it did not hold up our deal or anything. Some of the craftmanship could have been better, but we will see what get fixed when they come out.

Initially signed in 2021 * low interest rates drew me in* took over 1 year to complete. Interest rates doubles by then and no compensation made. Alot of issues were identified in the beginning of build process (framework time frame)which were "fixed" but are now causing issues post move in. Initially, the quality of thr home seemed great. After 3-4 days of living in the home, the real quality was exposed. Doors falling off hinges, toilets backing up, showers clogging, issues with Irrigation system, paint peeling, Hvac..the trim to cabinets seem to be hanging on with tape and glue. The quality and workmanship is very very very sloppy. I've put in claims to warranty and they are slowly addressing the issues. There are constant water leak issues all around the centex side so im waiting for it to start at my home. ... More

I just feel that the materials are somewhat cheap I wish they had of used soundproofing board or some type of heavy insulation but other than that it looks great

Wonderful customer service! Some issues around the house that are pending to he resolved. Was told to put in a ticket on closing day but still pending.

We closed although there were still what a job trying to get them to fix
