The steps to buy the new home was great. We had a amazing team help us get to the finish line… The workmanship in other hand has not been good. Everything from leaks, issues with home heating, doors not securing right, cracks in tiles, cracked cocking, and more. When you make a request for service they have just one person working them and to get things fixed seen not to be important and you are left waiting for calls or a email and even service not showing up for appointment. My Centex Sales Associate Chance was WONDERFUL, I can’t sing his praises loud enough. No matter my questions, he always made time for me. Andrew our project manager was wonderful. Closing - we almost did not close on time due to the fact that I could not get in touch with the closing agent. Why…..BECAUSE THEY WERE MOVING INTO THEIR NEW OFFICE!!!! Poor poor poor excuse. I called Chance, and he was able to get SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK!!! People ar Centex are very nice. The contractors they hire are junk. Only lived in my house for a month and a half and had the A/C people out 3 different times. There is no quality control. A/C drain lines were run backwards. Also have bad the electrical out once to change breakers because they said they are bad out of the box. Don't believe it but time will tell. Again quality sucks. Now I have a water leak and now will have water damage. Poor, poor ,poor quality. They just want your money.

Financial took to long, everything worked together good, getting financial took a long time.

Great buying experience...except for attorneys at closing when using LLC

Was able to purchase this home for my wife and I we worked with other builder that gave us the run around so they could make more money. But centex helped with financing and helped us get into our first home

Over all, the service and quality of the Centex homes are top notch. They kept me informed about the progress of the building of the house and answered all questions about the house.

make sure that you are in constant communication with you builder and do not be afraid to voice your opinion. They are friendly and very understanding.

Overall a good experience. A few minor issues. That to be expected on a new home.

Love the house and the location. Construction manager was a super nice guy and made the terrible hand off from the sales person smooth.

Evebody form sales person , Michelle, loan officers Mike and Ray and construction manger Landon were helpfull all thought the process.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience buying our first home. The willingness to help starting from the financial aspect at the beginning to staying updated before moving in, and even the help after moving in. They have great people, thank you so much to Mike, Cody, and Chris!

This is our 2nd home we've purchased with Pulte/Centex. We have also bought a home with another major builder and there is a world of difference. While no home building process is stress free or without its hiccups, I wouldn't hesitate to choose them in the future. They're on top of communication, they're overall transparent and they care. I think this may greatly depend on who your construction manager is, we had an excellent one

In general, the house is very nice and seems to be good value for the money. There have been some minor 'teething troubles', most of which have been fixed. We got the impression they were trying to finish a bunch of houses and get them sold before the end of the year and the hurry shows in some of the finish details. As I said, most of these have been fixed but it's a bit disappointing to have to go through the process of getting them fixed.

Buying a Centex home with Mike and Tim is a great experience! They were both very responsive and knowledgeable.

Some hiccups along the way as it always is with building but builder helped get through them smoothly! Our new home is beautiful couldn't be happier!

Andrew is wonderful and made the whole process as painless as possible. He was extremely thorough with the walk through as well as any questions I had with quick and timely responses. He took his time and explained every detail about the house which was tremendously helpful as a first time home buyer. All issues were addressed and any infractions with the house were also addressed within a timely manner. He is 10/10 for customer service and overall knowledge.

Good experience Team was good sales and construction management

Landon provided excellent communication throughout the build process. He provided an update each week on the progress of my home, be it good or bad. So I never questioned what was going on with the home and I didn't have to make a drive out to the house (almost an hour away) to check on progress. Hayley was also great in communicating - quickly responding to to all of my questions (even when I asked the same question multiple times ;-)). Couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

The final version of our home is great! It was a long process but worth the wait. I was sad to see some workmanship issues. Felt like they cut corners at times. House was not really ready at close in my opinion. Staff and project manager have been exceptionally good at making things right.

I had some issues with moving in with some things needed fixing but Cody kept the communication open and promptly was on top of getting these issues resolved! Also, I’ve only been there 2 weeks and had needed to call Pulte once about my air conditioner not working right and they resolved it immediately—within the hour, a technician came out to fix it. Pulte did a follow up call the next day. Very prompt service.
