From the start till we moved in, we had an awesome experience; the warmth and friendliness of every staff, the detailed presentation - from Marketing, Interior Design meeting, initial and final tour. Few issues with home and when there was fixed in a timely manner .

I moved into my home in June. I like the open layout, the a/c, the solar, and the front yard landscaping very much. Nice neighbors.

Very minor issues that would be expected with a new home but once identified, repairs were made instantly. One note, if you have an electric dryer, there is no 220 outlet or dryer circuit breaker - only gas. I had to purchase a outlet and breaker and install.

I moved into my house in September and it is fantastic. The rooms are large, bathroom fixtures are quality and appealing. The kitchen layout is perfect and there is more than enough cabinet space. Great house in a great neighborhood!

We were kept in the loop on the status of the build project during the entire construction.

Fit and finish is perfect. Great response to issues.

Whatever issues I had, I always get a prompt reply and assistance with the Builder's representatives from either Jose or Kevin (maybe Calvin). They're great in resolving issues and always reliable in so many ways. They're friendly and always reply to my calls in a professional manner. Kudos to these two guys!

Sales team was very responsive and attentive. Lender, Dee Dee was extremely helpful. Would respond to all questions very promptly and was understanding.

Staff was friendly and transparent when it came to providing us with all information associated with buying a new home in the community.

We are finding a lot of electrical, structure, and bug issues.

Working with Craig has been absolutely miserable. He doesn’t respond to messages and shrugs off any issues I have with my house. No one responds to warranty issues. Lori has been absolutely worthless in assisting with contacting Craig. When it came to taking money in the beginning, I received nothing but emails and text messages from Lori. Now I have heard nothing from her regarding any issue I have had with my house. I wish I never purchased a home with Century Communities.
