Area is windy so bathroom vent gets noisy most of the time. Great smart home. Just wished that all rooms had data jacks and not only the 3 main ones or offer it as an optional upgrade. An awesome home to own for the price.

Value for the money. But most importantly support after moving in. The builder's team, lead by M.T. and her team did a wow job in making sure the move in experience was wonderful and superb in looking after the snag list. This what matters for new residents. A great and long lasting positive experience.

As with any construction, things don't always go perfectly but the warranty rep Angad has been responsive from day one when we met during the final walk through. He is very responsive, sympathetic, and goes above and beyond to ensure the entire process goes smoothly and that we enjoy our home.

The build team has been done a great job and ensured that the house is ready to move in for the family such that there was only 1 thing to do = "ENJOY and live the moment". Thank you Joe and Team, its just as you promised. The purchase process was made so smooth and workable by the sales team (Thank you Rachel and IHL). The repair team have been so efficient and kind to attend to any smallest points that has been reported and it has been fixed EVEN during the pandemic. Our overall experience was good. Till handover, the builder ensured paperwork was completed on time, with all the intermediate steps. All site visits were very professionally handled with attention paid to all the small things our inspection found. All the people we interacted with were competent & friendly. The projected hand over date went over by a single week, which was excellent given the mess the pandemic created in the construction industry's supply chain. Move in date was handled well. All the Company's people present made us feel very welcome and the small personal touches was appreciated. ... More

Sold out for a reason.

I think the overall experience was good. I am disappointed in the workmanship for what we have paid. I also have a slow response to concerns and no response at all.

Given 5000 sqft lot in the plan, a good 1000 plus sqft got lost in not leveling the ground. Instead of builder absorbing such space for corner home, owner paid for premium, and worthless landscaping. Undone work and issues found in PreCloseOrientation still not done even after 3 months of living.

Good neighborhood and very responsive to the issues raised. Quality of the home is good and had a welcoming tour of the house

The politeness and willingness to help

There were many spots INSIDE the home that needed a little more thought. The door swinging into the restrooms were too close to the ground leaving no room for the skinniest bathroom mat or the bathroom floor tiles were uneven so the door scrapes the floor when opening. There are many shiny spots on the wall that were obviously touched up with the wrong paint. Many spackle leftover spots were left on the carpet.

Get all your work down before you move in. Post move the customer service on is really bad.

There was no customer service personnel who is supposed to reach out to us and ask how we are doing in our new home and if we needed any renovations that are covered in the 1 year warranty

I closed escrow 3/31/21. Century Communities did not contact me 30 days after to see how things were going or if I needed repairs as they stated. I had to email Octavio. Out of a list of about 5 items needing attention only one has been taking care of and no mention of the others. (that was a couple months back). In my opinion, materials used are not of good quality. My baseboards have been chipped twice just from dropping something that hits against the wall. this should not be. The are many imperfections in my stucco, granite counters are stained from installation, my water in the kitchen/master bath doesn't stay hot for long. It looks like my wall is cracked because the rounded corner/bullnose needs to be repaired, etc. Also, at the time of purchase I was told that "I couldn't add, delete or make NO changes to the remaining homes that I had to choose from". However, my neighbor purchased one of the homes also, but they were allowed to do so. Not acceptable! I realize that builders build these homes extremely quick, which usually doesn't allow for the time needed to build a good quality home. Angad our warranty rep is amazing. Always answers questions and helps out any way possible. Century has a gem. Without his attention to detail and customer service, I would have probably rated differently than what I did.

My experience was good buying the the property and I am happy. But I feel the following things can be improved: - I am not sure if this issue is with all the builders but Century Builder is not open to small changes like putting double sink in bathroom, adding a door in bathroom etc. even if you request before the construction starts. - If you have any warranty issues just submitting a ticket online does not work, you have to call multiple times to bring the issues to their attention. Big improvement is needed here.

Home quality is good but warranty support is not so great. Still some issues are pending though multiple reminders to warranty support.

We had to change multiple things with multiple calls and reminders. For example, there was hole in the plywood on the second floor flooring. someone has marked it but they never fixed before handing home to us. We just realized it and they fixed it now but they had to remove the carpet cut the padding , cut the plywood. No one would be happy to repair their new homes like this. There is tile chipped out due to carpet repair and they are saying that this was because me(when I ask something to fix due to the build problem, very first sentence from them is "this is because of you" ). I had to explain and prove almost all times when I report a problem. ... More

IT was good experience with Sales people. What ever reported for the open issues, No response as of Now. This is very bad experience.

Once we bought home, they won’t take care of any issues in the home if you request for fixture. 1 year warranty period is just for a name sake. Worst maintenance team.

They have not finished some things on my house and it’s been three months
