The home buying process was excellent. Communication was really good. I fealt like I knew what was going on at every stage. We purchased the home from out of state, so having a good team on the ground was helpful. The home turned out great, we are very happy with the quality. They have also been very responsive to small maintenance request we've had since moving in. I'd recommend them to friends or family.

Buying my first home, and in a Century Community, was a joyful and easy experience. The sales rep in the model seemed to know exactly what I wanted and needed after a brief conversation and she came up with the perfect home for me.

This is my third new home and it has been, by far, the best experience. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that the close process went smoothly; they treat their homes as if they are their own; repair requests - which were minimal - were addressed in a timely and accurate manner. We could not be happier with our new home!

I was a first time home buyer in the states & was little hesitant in the beginning to go for a new house but since when I met Century communities sales & construction management team, all my questions were clarified & most important they had given the house as promised. The construction quality is good & the most important thing is the alertness of Fathi (Sales team), Mike (Construction Supervisor). I strongly recommend buying a house from Century Community homes.
