The home buying process was excellent. Communication was really good. I fealt like I knew what was going on at every stage. We purchased the home from out of state, so having a good team on the ground was helpful. The home turned out great, we are very happy with the quality. They have also been very responsive to small maintenance request we've had since moving in. I'd recommend them to friends or family.

Sean and team were very engaged during the build process. They responded to our concerns and provide explanation to help us to better understand each phase of the process.

Master bath is poorly designed. Shower door should open from the left not the right. You have to step around the counter into the corner to open the shower door. No place to put your shampoo, etc. in the shower except on the floor of the shower. Cannot buy corner rack due to they only come in an 8 ft. height. No towel rack for your bath towel.
