Very smooth buying process. Quick response time to issues.

From the beginning, we had a great experience with Century Communities. The Sales Team, including Jim, were very helpful in terms of choosing a lot that was right for us and providing us with information regarding available upgrades. When it came time, Lana spent an abundance of time with us to make sure everything we chose was perfect in terms of design. Because we were out of state, we were not able to check on the progress of the home as often as we would like, but Jim and Paul, sent us photos and videos to keep us informed. When it came time to move in, all of the items on our punch list were completed within a timely manner and we could not love our new home more! Overall it's been a great experience, but our patience is growing thin. They said painters would be in right away to fix the touch-ups. We still have blue tape all over our walls three weeks later.

Have not taken care of some issues addressed like a broken cabinet and a missing light cover already told the builders about it multiple times and nothing has been done for months.

Over all experience was great. Only disappoinment I was unable to addu carport to the price towards my total price of my home during closing. I'm now having a difficult time trying to purchase a carport after closing. I put $1000 down and now have to come up with $14,000 ASAP in order to purchase a carport which, I feel is unfair being a first time home buyer and would have taking care of this at closing

We enjoy our home and think it’s an excellent value. We do notice some of the materials are a bit cheap and some corners were cut during building but overall not too bad for the price. We notice building 2 has nicer materials at similar price points so we wish we would have known that but overall satisfied. The sells team was super nice and got back to me quickly, however Century should no longer use inspire as their lender. Read the reviews online for inspire if you have any doubts.

I am in love with my new home and it is everything I wanted, the communication throughout the building process was not great and delays were only found out about when asked making it a frustrating process.

Sales staff and onsite project managers were very good. Little things that should be included with a new home purchase were not included, i.e. guest bedroom lights, garage door opener.

Century was the best builder we’ve worked with and the anthology office was great. We didn’t have issues with the build out and only with closing due to supply chain issues. After purchasing we ran into the normal items and any emergency were quickly addressed. Overall we are satisfied.

They will fix any problems very quickly.

Time will show how good or bad the quality of materials were used for this house. The foundation seems solid, though. However, the concrete and sidewalk has cracked and shifted significantly. Also am noticing a few cracks here and there inside the house on the dry wall. Will be submitting warranty report on those...

It is tough building homes and when you are trying to build as many as possible as fast as possible, mistakes are made. Overall, I am happy with my house but my expectations were not blown away or have exceeded my standards.

The service people do not respond in a timely manner. My 3-month-old requests are still pending.

This builder is great, however the responsiveness to issues has been poor. I have had to have three reschedules and not great follow-up.

Buying a spec home is good/bad. don't have to angst over any decisions, but also don't get things you would have for sure chosen if being built from the ground up. Whoever makes the decisions of upgrading might want to get feedback about current preferences. Have had to completely change out was a very basic fireplace to a more suitable custom finish. Century never left any leftover paint for touch ups that may have been overlook before closing.
