They built the TH very quickly and there are some rough things on the finishes.

Had a good experience with everything, and Century met their commitments.

Over all experience was great. Only disappoinment I was unable to addu carport to the price towards my total price of my home during closing. I'm now having a difficult time trying to purchase a carport after closing. I put $1000 down and now have to come up with $14,000 ASAP in order to purchase a carport which, I feel is unfair being a first time home buyer and would have taking care of this at closing

We enjoy our home and think it’s an excellent value. We do notice some of the materials are a bit cheap and some corners were cut during building but overall not too bad for the price. We notice building 2 has nicer materials at similar price points so we wish we would have known that but overall satisfied. The sells team was super nice and got back to me quickly, however Century should no longer use inspire as their lender. Read the reviews online for inspire if you have any doubts.

I am in love with my new home and it is everything I wanted, the communication throughout the building process was not great and delays were only found out about when asked making it a frustrating process.

Sales staff and onsite project managers were very good. Little things that should be included with a new home purchase were not included, i.e. guest bedroom lights, garage door opener.

Century was the best builder we’ve worked with and the anthology office was great. We didn’t have issues with the build out and only with closing due to supply chain issues. After purchasing we ran into the normal items and any emergency were quickly addressed. Overall we are satisfied.

They will fix any problems very quickly.

As a first time buyer, they made easy.

After a rough start, where the finishing touches on the house were rushed and substandard, the warranty team has followed through on nearly all the punchlist items and turned the home into what it should have been when we moved in...a beautiful new home.

My wife spent a few days to clean the house especially windows. Overall the quality of work and materials used are pretty good

It is tough building homes and when you are trying to build as many as possible as fast as possible, mistakes are made. Overall, I am happy with my house but my expectations were not blown away or have exceeded my standards.

Overall, this experience has had ups and down. There were many problems we need to have fixed at our walk-through that were not fixed, and we had to do a second walk-through where things still were not complete after signing. Those items plus a list of 12 other items had to go to warranty claim. Both Chuck and Ryan are great, however, everyone else like tradesman have not been hospitable. If you do the job right the first time, then we do not have to call you, however, if it was incomplete or done poorly, its should be fixed since it is a BRAND NEW home. Example: Entry way transition has offset cuts for the transition piece, so they are not centered. These are easy cuts to make, you should have done it right the first time, yet I have to hear a tradesman complain about the work, and ask me if I have extra trim for the job. ... More

This builder is great, however the responsiveness to issues has been poor. I have had to have three reschedules and not great follow-up.

Buying a spec home is good/bad. don't have to angst over any decisions, but also don't get things you would have for sure chosen if being built from the ground up. Whoever makes the decisions of upgrading might want to get feedback about current preferences. Have had to completely change out was a very basic fireplace to a more suitable custom finish. Century never left any leftover paint for touch ups that may have been overlook before closing.

We feel that the purchased condo and community are an overall excellent value. The sales staff was excellent and we are satisfied that our expectations were met. The only negative so far is that there has not been good responsiveness to our warranty issues. The few problems noted since purchase have not been fully addressed since our closing in December ( it is now April).

Some minor things wrong that I am now starting to find. Nothing major though. Jeb has been outstanding throughout the process!!! Always gets back to you right away. As far as the community... trying to live in my townhome as construction continues around me has not been fun. Parking is poorly planned. Construction workers playing there music loud, etc. Also things not being explained to me before they happen. Such as tearing up my yard to place a street light... that was quite a surprise that morning. Overall the community is in a good location. Time will show how good or bad the quality of materials were used for this house. The foundation seems solid, though. However, the concrete and sidewalk has cracked and shifted significantly. Also am noticing a few cracks here and there inside the house on the dry wall. Will be submitting warranty report on those...
