First time home buyer, very satisfied

I can't say enough about this builder. We closed on our new home in November of 2020. We are impressed everyday with the quality we find in our home, and he couldn't be happier with the entire process.

Really did not run into any issues. Power was not the communities fault when we were getting ready to purchase and see the new home with power.

Jason and Ted went above and beyond to help us with our new home...5 stars for those guy's

Love my home although I have found some cheaper materials used in putting it together.

Jason was awesome and took care of any issues found at the walkout, everyone was friendly and Victoria also was great at communication of updates on the house progress.

The one thing I would change is to put a floor on top of the subfloor.

We loved the neighborhood. Several minor issues with quality and HOA regulations are somewhat restrictive; fencing, landscaping, etc. Insulation feels inadequate and non-existent on external garage walls. Overall, home value is very good.

Dawn our sales representative was wonderful to work with, our walk thru was rushed to where a person could not point out defects of the builders. We have a list of at least 30 things wrong, defective or broken in the home and no one will get back to us on the warranty side. Uneven floors on the main level, broken cabinets by installer, dryer vent blocked in the laundry room and has destroyed the dryer, holes in the grout in shower area. Uneven paint inside and out. The list goes on and on. would not recommend these homes to anyone interested in considering a new build. We are totally disappointed with this purchase. ... More

Quick responses to issues. Continue to have issues including the sprinkler system wasn’t wired properly.

Much more care needs to be taken on finishing the house out Air ducts were full of trash walls had a film of dust on them Need to take more time cleaning the home before final walk through

Not happy with the ventilation system in my living room. Design defect!!!!!!!

We requested to close two weeks later than Century wanted us to close to accommodate the sale of our other home but they wouldn’t budge. Tbey were fixated on a fast close (3 weeks from when we signed) and they refused to be flexible to do a 5 week close instead of 3. That put us in an extremely difficult financial situation to make it happen.
