From exterior to interiors , details, selections of wooded floor, fire place, wall paints, counter tops and the Roswell area, everything about this townhome is spot on. None townhomes that I saw before this one has nice L shape kitchen and the island bar that is not only good size but with lots of drawers. I’m glad I made the move and very satisfied with my first ever home.

Quality workmanship, no issues whatsoever after moving in.

The first mortgage agent (He) was unfair with us. Eight months later we came back and the second mortgage agent (She)was fantastic, honest, sincere during the whole process. We got the house very easy. She communicate well with us. She cut her money down to help us to get the house. She make me love Century Communities.

Buyers need to be patient throughout the process. Century Communities builders are not always able to immediately attend to your issues because of the volume of homes they are building, but, they will resolve all of your issues and concerns. You will be happy with the final product.

Moved into Dream Home that was built by Century Communities. Entire buying process was made easy by their Sales team. They discussed every aspect of house in detail and communicated the Dates well in advance. They made sure i have regular meetings with the builder. Overall very satisfied with the Sales process.

Everything about the buying process was seamless. Century Communities has a turn key process that gave our family the feeling of being in good hands. The construction manager and sales team were very attentive. Although we had to make a call to warranty shortly after moving in, we received service almost immediately and the issue was resolved.

My experience with century communities was far above my expectations from start to finish! The quality of my home and the top notch service made me recommend this company to everyone I know! This wasn’t my first time working with a builder so I was blown away by how great the service was compared to the last company I worked with! Century communities does everything possible to give you nothing but the best!
