The entire process buying and building a home with century communities was incredibly smooth. Barry did everything to make sure we were comfortable and listened to what we were looking for. We bought and did the whole process while we were still living out of state. We received update pictures and could not have been happier.

In this very crowded market, Century Communities knows the importance of "after purchase" service. They actually go out of their way to serve.

Everything has been great just waiting for electricians to be allowed in homes so my restroom can can be fixed.

The community looks great and are home has been well built. No complaints here at all! The small toddler playground that was recently put in, is a plus!

We love the people in the office . Very helpful and understanding.

My husband and I weren't planning on purchase a home so quickly (this was only the third home we looked at), but it was really perfect for what we needed. The layout is wonderful, great square footage, and there were amazing incentives because the home was already built. Anytime we have had a question or issue we have gotten a quick response. Overall we are very satisfied with our decision to purchase a home here in Ridgecrest.

Ever since the new onsite superintendent took over at Grandview we notice a great change in quality control of builds ,making sure high standards of virus control with mask @ gloves and project area cleanliness is his number one priority.Even see him every morning picking trash up as he does his inspections.It's people like him that makes us comfortable that we made the right choice for our home & would recommend Century Homes to everyone.

From start to finish my home buying process has been a pleasure. Bethann and Bob kept me update and informed with emails and photos as progress happened. Closing was easy!

Love the home! When we moved in there were still some minor issues we needed to fix that were overlooked at the final inspection. It was a little tedious that the gates were not up at move in, and the driveway was not properly laid, but it was resolved fairly quickly.
