The builder is conscientious and cares to ensure their buyers' expectations are fulfilled. The onsite team in the sales office and the management office have been consistently responsive and promptly available to resolve any issues or questions that arise.

Bought a Spec house that was already set to go. Was pleasantly surprised on the efficiency of the whole process and the responsiveness (especially during COVID) to a couple of minor details we found after move-in.

We are very pleased & happy with our new home. We call Jeanelle every now and then and she’s awesome & very helpful.

Our experience with century home was fantastic. The craftsmanship of the home is very good . My only complaint is that the cabinets in the kitchen are not very good quality. But overall you can't go wrong with a century home.

Some options are little bit expensive than when you hire somebody to build it like the patio cover. Some options we want are not made available to us so we have to hire to do so. Overall, the quality of our home is almost a first class. Insulation of the house excellent. The negatives are overwhelm by lots of positives!

Overall we are very pleased with our home. There have been some minor issues with the house but they have been fixed as soon as they were addressed.

Only 1-story community in the valley. Edgeview's base finishes are upgrades in most communities. This a perfect location. Great floor plans and design.

Purchasing process went smoothly once it began. Once we were in the home, the few repairs that were needed were taken care of in a timely manner. Extremely happy with our new home!

Great home for the price

Everyone that has been involved in my New House has been great on responding on the issues my house had.

There were minor issues when I moved in but the response time for each issue was amazing.

The ventilations are loud .

Happy and enjoying our new home and the community is beautiful, clean and enjoyable club house, golf club with good events put up by lifestyle committee

Great people, fast service and responsiveness. Quality of wall materials is somewhat unsatisfactory. Very sensitive wall paint for example. Far more sensitive than our previous very old house. Overall great experience with the company.

Home is beautiful but took a lot of extra work to get things fixed once moved in and had to have people in ans out when should have been done before move in

The only thing that I don’t like and I know my neighbors have the same issue, is that the side of the house is really uneven I can’t even walk to my backyard, I feel like I’m going to break my ankle or fall. They should of made it more even, it seems like we have a little mountain.

Only issue I have is when you purchase a stock home a home with upgrades pre installed it appears that for some reason your product is not completely protected for example tile is not sealed so will be an extra necessary cost and maybe should be negotiated into the sale agreement. However I did not find out until the final walk thru. Response to most non emergency issues is zero. There is no one answering for regular customer service issues via telephone your contact is an email that goes into no response after months. You ultimately solve your own issues. Alan was very helpful & understanding (Still waiting for many items to be corrected from your service department. They are very, very slow & not very cooperative)
