We have been so pleased with our home. We have had no issues since move in back in September. The community does a good job with upkeep and enforcing rules. I would recommend this community for any to buy. I love that it had a pool as well, which many places usually don't. The houses are build very well and it's a great place to be!

We like our new home. We have dealt with Tracy who is so helpful and goes out of her way to make sure we had all the information we asked. She waste no time getting back with us. She is an asset to your company. We had a few things that had to be fixed. I contacted Century to come out and fix the problems. They called me back within a day and had someone out.

Nice new home except for the punch list wasn’t taken care of before closing and we are told now we have to claim it on warranty and we were told it would supposedly be cleaned 3 times before closing was left dirty

They have policyholders, but we don't think resident are abiding by these rules. Someone should drive through and see all the gas grill on everyone's balcony. I do think it is safe.

I have noticed several areas in the home that need repair (i.e. gap in hardwood floor in kitchen, crooked light fixtures, poor painted areas).

Overall this community is a great place to live. Very quiet and safe. Lots of miscommunication between sales agent and buyer which have led to questions and concerns since moving in

We have only been in our house a few months (09/2019). For the most part most things are fine. I have already had to replace ~15 LED bulbs since moving in. I had to purchase and install toilet paper holder, towel holders in all three bathrooms. We had to purchase something to place our soap, shampoo and what not in other than setting it in the floor of the master shower. The back yard floods every time it rains. I have brought it up for warranty work a couple of months ago and they keep giving me an excuse why they have not gotten to it yet. For as much as I spent on this house there are the ...

The craftsmanship is very suspect. I have a lot of concerns with the quality of the house going forward. Nothing in the house is square or level but I will say they have been responsive in fixing issues as my wife.

The quality and workmanship of this home is horrible, especially the drywall work! We’re still finding a lot of issues that need to be addressed and fixed during our 10 month walk through! I’m very disappointed because I feel like the building process was rushed to close before the end of the year! The poor quality of workmanship is now showing! The house is beautiful, but we didn’t have quality contractors to build it!

Awful experience. We drove 11 hours and house was not ready to close. Inside needed a ton of work, there was a dumpster and backhoe on the front lawn, looked like a pig sty when we drove up, wife was crying, I don’t even want to discuss it anymore because it aggravates me.

Poor quality and workmanship. Had to spend a lot of money after moving in to upgrade electrical in home. Communication at closing very poor, just found out that the HOA dues are to be paid up front at the beginning of the year for the entire year. Was not told this at closing. Not a very trustworthy builder. Would not buy again from this company.

Our house was finished 2 months behind schedule in spite of great weather this fall. The quality of the work done is very poor. Drywall seams are visible in most rooms of the house. The interior paint job is uneven and there is overspray on hinges and door knobs. This is just a small sample of what we got for $300,000. This was an awful experience. I regret buying from Century every day.
