Disappointed I have to pay extra for a garage door opener and trim around my windows. Also not happy with the very limited choices of the standard things like cabinetry and flooring. I’ll have to spend time and Money tearing out most of it.

The overall experience in purchasing our new home was very good. I wish we could have had more of a say in what the colors of the exterior and interior of the house would be. I would have also liked to have had more tutorials on how to operate the HVAC system, etc. I would have also liked to have been given a touch up paint kit with all of the colors of the house since the paint on the walls is so thin, instead I was told that the colors were discontinued and not available. Why are houses being painted with paint that is being discontinued? Other than these few items we are really enjoying ...

Overall it's been a great experience, but our patience is growing thin. They said painters would be in right away to fix the touch-ups. We still have blue tape all over our walls three weeks later.

the home buying experience was great... But follow up issues with the plumbing and the refrigerator has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am currently trying to schedule a drywall repair that should have been done a week ago!

Only issue I have is when you purchase a stock home a home with upgrades pre installed it appears that for some reason your product is not completely protected for example tile is not sealed so will be an extra necessary cost and maybe should be negotiated into the sale agreement. However I did not find out until the final walk thru. Response to most non emergency issues is zero. There is no one answering for regular customer service issues via telephone your contact is an email that goes into no response after months. You ultimately solve your own issues. However, many items in our home needed repairs: dishwasher, stove, furnace, bedroom doors don’t lock, heat is not evenly distributed through the home, hinges are falling off the doors, and the front door is not secure. The pictures we received from the listing agent prior to purchasing did not match the finish house. When asked about the change, we were told that the picture included upgrades. We were not informed about the drainage/ditch until after we were under contract.

The buying experience was awesome. However the quality of the home is horrible. I had a ceiling water leak, a floor issue in kitchen and upstairs, multiple gaps in the side of the stairs, a bathroom cabinet evidently got in the way of a pipe which broke the back of the cabinet leaving a hole big enough for snakes, bugs or rodents. And dont get me started on the damage from all the fixes. I should feel good that only my house had these issues. At least thats what I was reminded more than once. Glad I will get to disclose all of these issues when I sell it, who doesnt want automatic ...

The home buying process was good but after you are in and dealing with warranty it sucks. The person is unresponsive and blames the home owner first instead of owning up to issues.

Orientation good, house perfect no complaints, but when I moved inside the house and I every single cabinet have a holes inside, I moved the oven to clean and I found some holes in the wall with ants, the kitchen cabinets are not attached properly, the house is under warranty so I called customer service for an appointment more than a month and still today I have not received any calls, if I try to call they answer "it is not an emergency" before proceeding with the purchase Century homes Houses, look for anything, even small details.

Lot space lost and undone work pending

Given 5000 sqft lot in the plan, a good 1000 plus sqft got lost in not leveling the ground. Instead of builder absorbing such space for corner home, owner paid for premium, and worthless landscaping. Undone work and issues found in PreCloseOrientation still not done even after 3 months of living.

Everything was perfect for us in buying our dream home. It really could not have gone better from beginning to end. The only reason we did not give it a full five stars was the sales rep that we had did not have much knowledge of the home and what came with it and what did not. Other then that it was great.
