I would rate this as a 5 except for 1 problem. The house itself is great. The construction supervisor is great. The only recommendation for improvement is that the ground has been compacted so hard that it is extremely difficult to prepare the back yard for landscaping. Our back yard is like concrete. It would be great if after the back yard area has been determined, prior to putting up the fence, the landscaper would rip the backyard with a tractor down to a 12 inch depth so that the soil was workable.

Over all experience was great. Only disappoinment I was unable to addu carport to the price towards my total price of my home during closing. I'm now having a difficult time trying to purchase a carport after closing. I put $1000 down and now have to come up with $14,000 ASAP in order to purchase a carport which, I feel is unfair being a first time home buyer and would have taking care of this at closing

The house was well built. From the inside to the outside. I haven’t experience major problems from the house so far. I only wish they gave you warrantees for irrigation and the HOA to be more active. I’m still not sure what the HOA does except collect money from this community.

We enjoy our home and think it’s an excellent value. We do notice some of the materials are a bit cheap and some corners were cut during building but overall not too bad for the price. We notice building 2 has nicer materials at similar price points so we wish we would have known that but overall satisfied. The sells team was super nice and got back to me quickly, however Century should no longer use inspire as their lender. Read the reviews online for inspire if you have any doubts.

I am in love with my new home and it is everything I wanted, the communication throughout the building process was not great and delays were only found out about when asked making it a frustrating process.

Century Communities provide quality work and materials and respond well to warranty claims. Would definitely recommend and buy another home from them!

First the good: Responsive to issues and communication. Good core building (foundation, structure, wiring, plumbing, roof, and HVAC). They went above and beyond with ensuring land stability. Lots of home customizations available. The OK: The appliances aren't anything to brag about (Whirlpool). Landscaping was fine, nothing super. A lot of the shelving is adequate, but a wood upgrade would make it amazing. The standard carpet is OK. Only putting laminate in the kitchen seems odd. A vinyl floor would have been great. The bad: Painting QA wasn't too good and seemed hurried. Seemingly odd work schedules... Lots of last-minute work when there was ample time for un-hurried completion. Home shopping with century was an easy first time experience, the team was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

I have noticed several areas in the home that need repair (i.e. gap in hardwood floor in kitchen, crooked light fixtures, poor painted areas).

Needs some warranty work, but nothing serious.

We love our house but we did have many small issues that we needed to get resolved and it was getting frustrating having contractors in and out especially with a baby. Would we buy our house again if we were to do it over? Yes we would, because we love the area and the price was fair for the house we got. If only century vetted their contractors better the quality of the home would be higher but I also realize in this market that is hard to do and maintain quality control on every house.

The builder has been excellent in helping with issues discovered after move in. Paint is very thin with obvious inattention to detail in certain areas. I think it's a poor subcontractor.

We love the home and neighborhood. The builder is very responsive to any issues. We are very pleased.

When looking for a NEW home it is always a challenge to understand if the fireworks will still be there once you moved in and live in a house for awhile. Do you move in and find all kinds of problems that you did not notice during the purchase process? Do you find that things are falling apart for no reason or the home was built poorly? And finally, if you need help to fix these questions, will it be there? We have been through good, terrible and now with Trust Amazing. Our service from the builder has been so good. Staff was friendly and transparent when it came to providing us with all information associated with buying a new home in the community.

We are enjoying our home and neighborhood.

Some major discrepancies on what we picked in their design center. In other words, we did not get some things we picked beforehand in their design center. House was painted with the wrong color and had to be re-painted. Some workmanship issues like grout issues in the flooring.

Scott and Heather have been great, the only issue that we are having is with the landscape and the weeds in the preserve. Plants died quickly as with the grass.

Getting your solar panel system started up can be done a lot better. I feel it is taking longer then it should to get the system on line.
