We were very pleased with the reception we received on taking possession, also information and walk through very thorough. We are so far pleased with the workmanship. Our biggest issue is old school Formica on guest bathroom vanity and laundry area counter, for a half million dollars, we do not want to see Formica on counters. Also the quartz is 2cm thick. It would look a lot better and be more durable if was 3cm thick. The cost difference between the two is insignificant. We do not feel you get good value for your money in the Seattle area, considering this is 60 driving miles from Seattle. ... More

Homes and neighborhoods are very appealing.

The buying experience was good. However, due to the Covid19 interruption I still have 4 pending issues. Three of which are service tickets and one is a purchasing insentive that has not been delivered (google hub). I would like to be kept informed of the status of these from time to time.

Walls seem too thin between 2 rooms. Other construction material is good quality. AC vents could have been better positioned in the hallway. Definitely need to provide better microwaves. Wash basins are good but a little smaller in size. Overall quality is good.

Builder installed the wrong size (Too Big) attic stairs. They cut off the bottom so stairs would fully extend when open. But by cutting off the bottom, it is difficult for a person who is 6'2", to reach up and grab the bottom step to pull down and open the stairs. Disappointed in this aspect of the home. The rest of the home seems to be in good order.

Exterior major water line leak outside of home due to heavy operator equipment during construction.

We have moved around the country quite a bit. This is the sixth home that we have built, and our first time building with Century. When you build you have to expect timeline changes as well as a few construction glitches. As with all real estate you will benefit from great buyer realtors and professional independent home inspectors. Our experience with Century has been more positive than negative. We would purchase another home with them with them again.

lots of unexpected features in quality

There were missing items and wrong door. Getting back to us was prompt and some issues were taken care of promptly and an explanation was given for delays.

Had very positive experience with home builder.

Took over two months to get our walk through punch list completed. I feel this was to long.

Rated 3 for trustworthiness because dog park and fully stocked pond for fishing was clearly stated but has never been provided

I'm satisfied with the buying experience overall. On the workmanship there are a few minor attention to detail. However, they are quick to respond on issues.
