Every person I’ve dealt with both pre and post closure has been knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Three months in with some crazy weather and I haven’t had any issues with my house. I’m confident in saying I’ve teamed up with the best builders for my family’s home.

Two years ago I built a house with KB. It required so much of my time and energy because there was always something happening. I expected this level of headache going into Grayson but it simply wasn’t there. It was simple, things happened when you said they would, and overall, there were less mistakes and issues. I used the blue tape stage as an example. We used two rolls of blue tape at our KB home. We used maybe a 1/4 of a roll at our Grayson home. Thanks for making it a stress-free experience!

I had a good experience buying a house from Century Communities. The quality of the house is good enough. Few things like irrigation controller or garage door opener could be more advanced as they lack of WiFi control. But overall I'm pretty satisfied with how everything happened.

With Covid all exchanges were via email and phone calls, which was great. After closing we did have to follow few times for sod on lawn next to our property.

Love the house but be very careful when doing the walkthroughs
