We have had such a wonderful experience, the process of buying our first home went by quickly and smooth we love the location. Our house has been everything we have been looking for our floor plan let's us grow for many, many years to come.

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Century Communities (along with my agent) were always there providing answers and making this process faster and easier. They provided me with incentives that I applied to my closing costs. House construction/ material is very good and the prices are a no-brainer.

We are very pleased with our purchase! The builder is very responsive with any issues and resolves them within a timely manner. Thank you Century!

Century Representatives have great customer service, they walk you through the whole process and are available at all times to assist with whatever questions or concerns one might have.

We like our home but the house has to many details that weren’t taken care of, we moved in the house and it was when Covid-19 just started so the excuse was that they couldn’t come inside the house

The overall experience in purchasing our new home was very good. I wish we could have had more of a say in what the colors of the exterior and interior of the house would be. I would have also liked to have had more tutorials on how to operate the HVAC system, etc. I would have also liked to have been given a touch up paint kit with all of the colors of the house since the paint on the walls is so thin, instead I was told that the colors were discontinued and not available. Why are houses being painted with paint that is being discontinued? Other than these few items we are really enjoying our new home. ... More

Builder installed the wrong size (Too Big) attic stairs. They cut off the bottom so stairs would fully extend when open. But by cutting off the bottom, it is difficult for a person who is 6'2", to reach up and grab the bottom step to pull down and open the stairs. Disappointed in this aspect of the home. The rest of the home seems to be in good order.

I have submitted a claim request multiple times with no response to issues dealing with my house

Many difficulties working with this builder, especially with thier borderline incompetent title company. Most things were eventually fixed but it was a complete pain in the *** for me to have to continually badger them and follow up again and again. Would not buy from them again.

Be more responsible on warranty requests.

Bought the house in February. Since then the backyard does not drain properly. When the neighbor waters their lawn their runoff comes into my yard and stay there for days. Landscapers have tried twice to fix it they have failed. I now have a crack in the foundation all the way to the ground and the bricks are coming off on that corner. The ground water is coming up through the crack and continuing to increase the crack damaging the foundation even more. This is an extremely expensive fix.This house is only about four months old. This is ridiculous to have all these problems on a new house . I am not happy with my purchase. ... More

I was really upset that I didn’t catch all the little details during the walkthrough but I was working 7 days a week and was tired at that time. As I got settled in I started noticing one thing after another. One warranty issue was resolved which was a ceiling fan that didn’t work. (You would imagine it would be tested during installation). I’ve submitted photos of all my issues (roughly 50 or so). I understand the Covid 19 situation put a damper on things but I’m still sitting in a home purchased at $205,000 that was done in poor quality. It seems as though it was rushed.

Once we were in the house, we started noticing a lot of problems with house and landscaping. It was very frustrating and hard to get problems resolved. We wish that we could turn back the hard of time before we purchase. Would have purchased elsewhere.

Bought a brand new home. Has rodent issues. Turns out other homes in the neighborhood have the same. Team not very receptive. Not buying home from Century again.

I would not recommend . Bad communication and a large list of warranty items already.
