Everything was extremely easy. I did not have a realtor, so I was a bit nervous that I would be taken advantage of, but that just didn't happen. The superintendent who did the walk through with me was extremely through and explained all the pieces.

I was provided regular updates about different phases in the buying process. Frame walks and final walks were useful to identify issues and missing things. Most of which were addressed and some were pending even after move-in. I was given the option to select a lot of upgrades which was kind of nice.
