The home building process was made easy for the buyer with the help of the Del Webb team. Any questions and/or issues were immediately addressed and remedied. Once the permitting process was complete, the construction and completion of the home was relatively quick and without delays. We are satisfied customers.

Communication and follow through has been excellent. Customer service is outstanding. The entire staff at our location has always been polite and considerate of our concerns. If we had it to do all over again we would still do it here.

From the very beginning we fell in love with the Del Webb Bayview Community. We immediately felt the vibes and knew right then and there that this was our community and forever home. The staff, all the way from the initial Sales Consultant, Construction Manager, and Customer Care Representative were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and always happy. We love, love, love it here!

No issues at the house. Disappointed that backsplash for the kitchen was discontinued. Just recently experienced an issue with ring doorbell. Seems you need a special tool to remove cover which apparently comes with the doorbell but was not left.

I was worried coming into this new home purchase but once I got to know the people (Team) and our individual construction manager (Garret) my concerns or worries went away. They were very helpful in the beginning to help us understand the process and design our home. You would think that once you sign for your new home they might not be as involved or attentive. Not the case, our construction manager Garret was there anytime I had a question. He responded quickly and addressed all my concerns. At the end of the build when we did our walk thru for turn over of our new home Garret had already made a list of items that needed addresses before we got there. He then made sure that all of those items were addresses as soon as possible. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations and made the process smooth and stress free. We could not be happier with our new home at Lincoln Prairie. It is a dream home. Additionally, the team at Lincoln Prairie were exceptional as they went out of their way to make sure all was completed correctly and working properly. So far our experience has been awesome!!!.

We signed the contract for our Pulte home, then did not see the home “in person” until we closed over 5 months later. We put our trust in our construction manager and our realtor. We were so happy when we walked in to our finished home. Working from 1900 miles away could have been a nightmare but we got our dream home.

now that the water issue is done we are happy in our neighborhood

Great experience right from the start, with Winnie through construction with Nick to completion. Built very well, high quality materials, nice finished. Great community, highly recommend.

We have been very impressed with all aspects of the home buying process. Ian, our Sales rep, was great, very knowledgeable and always quick to respond when we had questions. The team at the Design Center was quick to made meaningful suggestions. Our builder, Niko, was very responsive when we had questions and ensured a great product.

While Del Webb does a good job of supplying a quality product, there are problems in Del Webb communities that need addressing. First, the management company does not register new homeowners for weeks. It does not matter how dedicated the local folks are, the corporate office does not well support the local folks, so there are real issues. Also, while the home build was fine, Del Webb does not do a good job of managing traffic in new build areas, so one often has to wait to get in and out of one’s own house. Also, on occasion the driveway itself is blocked. This is a real issue because at times emergency vehicles could would not be able to get in and out. Pulte is exposing itself to an huge liability here, but it does not seem to mind. Also, deliveries to private residences seem to have a lot of failures, perhaps because delivery vehicles could not get in and out. And for some odd reason, perhaps the same issue, trash has not been picked up for others. These are real issues that need to be addressed. ... More

We were kept up to date with the construction of our house with weekly calls and pictures. After move in we continued to have assistance and important information.

Our sales person Stefani was great. She went above and beyond from before the sale until after the house was finished. The construction manager Ronnie did an outstanding job ensuring our house was completed to high standards, keeping us informed, and responding to our needs.

We recently closed on our new Del Webb Renown home in Finch Creek. The entire process from Sales, to Building, to Closing was a wonderful experience. The Sales Team answered ALL questions quickly and thoroughly, Our Building Manager was responsive, caring, and delivered a SUPERIOR quality home. Any issue was corrected to our satisfaction without hesitation. Our Building Manager kept us informed via email, texts, and onsite meetings on a regular basis. So happy we chose Del Webb for our forever home.
