From the moment we saw the plans for the Del Webb community, we knew we wanted to live here. The sales team and construction team were with us every step from initial deposit to closing. I closed on a pre-built home two months ago, and have only great things to say about it. I love it! The sales personnel (Logan and team) were honest and friendly. The construction under the manager (Alec) was of high quality and the attention to detail was well done. The community is active and very friendly (like family). I’d highly recommend this community and the homes!

It took 6 months for our home to be built and we have lived here now for 2 months. We love the home and the community. We loved the choices we had with the house room extensions as well as all the choices for the house finishings. Most of all we love our community with the friendly neighbors and beautiful ponds.

working with me on failure of garage door.

I think they do the best that then can do for the seniors that live in this community. Most people living here are very happy. I only have l issue when my garage door fell on my car the garage was fixed but my car was not. Also I just noticed that the replacement panels have screws nut no nuts attached to them. I'm still waiting on a response about the screws and the repair to my car.

We chose to look at Del Webb properties after looking at a property in Palm Springs. We looked at both properties in Phoenix and Tucson and really loved the entire experience in Tucson-from the tour that Winnie gave us to the quality of the homes and the entire property and location. We looked at several other properties and they didn’t come close. We are really excited about our new home!
