This all started with a visit to Del Webb Heartwood we were greeted by Victoria who welcomed us and made us feel right at home she was very pleasant and professional took her time answering all of our questions and concerns gave us detailed information about the community and the surrounding areas we could tell that this was the place for us to be. Once we made the decision to go ahead with purchasing our home we met with our construction manager Aaron who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his craft and was always available for any concerns his communication skills were excellent we were provided weekly updates on the construction process he was always available for any questions or concerns responding quickly and addressing them in a timely manner. The quality of the building process and materials was very high. We’ve been in our home for about 6 weeks now there have been some minor issues that have been resolved in a timely fashion customer service has been very helpful and always follow up with the work being done and to our satisfaction. My experience with purchasing a Del Webb Pulte home has been phenomenal. Every staff member from construction, front office sales to mortgage lending have been supportive and attentive. I felt like I was there only client.

From beginning to end the process of buying at Dell Webb was extremely easy. The people who were friendly professional, and gave me a warm welcome. I enjoy living here.

Both Jason who is our project manager and Scott who was our sells person were great to work with and we’ve had no issues at all .. the house is great!

The purchasing, closing and move in process was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only negative is working with PULTE Mtg. Co. The entire process of getting mortgage approval was horrendous. The mortgage payoff process was the exact opposite. That went smoothly and we were walked thru the process by one of the PULTE people.

from the beginning I was pleasantly surprised. Bob was great to work with and kept me up to steam until Trevor took over. I'm not sure if I was just lucky with the people that handled my buy/ build but they were awesome. If you read this review and can request your people ,, there's your go to guys.

One of the best homebuying experiences I’ve ever had having bought over 10 homes. Sales person and project manager were great to work with communicated well and very responsive. However, I did not like the process of the Pulte Mortgage part. I would highly recommend using your own mortgage company and buying through Del Webb.

Our experience purchasing our new home with Del Webb and Pulte Homes has been outstanding from start to finish. The sales office team was professional, organized, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They provided all the information we needed to confidently make our decision and were always available to answer questions. One of the features we appreciated most was the excellent online tools provided by Del Webb and Pulte Homes. These tools allowed us to easily monitor every stage of the purchasing process as well as track the progress of our home's construction, giving us confidence and peace of mind along the way. The construction process was very transparent. We participated in detailed on-site reviews with the construction foreman at key milestones, including a comprehensive walkthrough of the interior wiring and plumbing before drywall installation. These reviews demonstrated the builder's commitment to quality and attention to detail. The quality of our new home is first-rate. During our final walkthrough, only a few very minor touch-ups were identified, which speaks volumes about the craftsmanship and care that went into the build. Since moving in, we have only needed two minor items addressed, and both were corrected immediately by the Del Webb/Pulte team. Their responsiveness and customer service after closing have been excellent. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our new home, the community, and our entire experience with our first Del Webb home. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and helpful.

The house is great the builder done a great job and is very responsive if I need anything. The only problem we had was with the mortgage company, Pulte Mortgage, they were terrible I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never use them again. Because of their laziness my furniture and belongings had to sit in a truck for 2 days and they did not communicate well at all!!!

Our salesman was extremely helpful in finding the right home for us and making sure we got the best deal. The walk‑through and inspection were very thorough, and every issue we identified was addressed promptly. The closing process went smoothly with no complications, and the team was very accommodating throughout the entire experience. We’re very satisfied and appreciate the level of care and professionalism we received.

From beginning to end the process of building a new home with Del Webb went smoothly and seamlessly. The workmanship and quality was top notch. I also couldn’t have asked for a better project manager! I am extremely happy with my new home!

We made a life-changing decision to buy a Pulte home at Del Webb Minneola, and they made it as least stressful as possible. Kialey was our sales agent and she was amazing, and Perry was our site manager, who was also excellent. We did have a few snagging issues but I am sure these are common, and Pulte did work through them efficiently. We are now looking forward to enjoying our beautiful new home!

We just moved into our 10th home (4th new build) and it has been a very positive experience from start to finish. The finished product exceeded our expectations in a number of areas. We have had some of our new neighbors tell us that they think ours is the best looking home in the neighborhood - and we agree!

There is no doubt, this is a quality built house. There are a couple of things I feel should be improved upon. (1) I have a double car garage however, the garage is too short and too narrow, I can barely fit my Lexus LS 2200 (which is not a large vehicle by any stretch) in the garage; And for two vehicles to fit, we are constantly banging the doors against each other--we need longer and wider garages. (2) The second and third things are: no storage space (like overhead in the garage or anywhere in the house). Every house should have storage space. And the third thing, in my case, there's no drawers in my master bath room (or any bath room), Where are you going to place your bathroom items? I had to purchase something to accommodate. Those are a few major items I do not like about my Del Webb's house. ... More

From our first contact with Zac our salesman, Kyle our project manager to the walkthrough and post-closing follow up everyone was very informative and professional in the way the conducted business. We would recommend Pulte to anyone we know looking to buy in Mesquite Nevada.

I bought a Del Webb home because of the builder and both Del Webb and Pultes reputation and I am very satisfied with a beautiful well built home. The entire team from start to finish with Kelly and Kalav have been very responsive and have done a wonderful job. Thank you all

Working with Mark our salesman and Roby our building manager was great. The communication was great.

This is our 3rd home, and our second home where we chose the design and accessories. Del Webb and their employees were great and helping to guide us through the process. Was it a flawless experience? No (nothing in life is flawless), did Del Webb and their staff did everything to make it an enjoyable and stressful free environment? Yes! The quality of materials used and the final product were great. Can some upgrades offered be outsourced cheaper? Yes. That is an individual decision to make, and you have to take into consideration that anything done on the outside of the home, will require you to close on your home first, and then submit for an ARC approval, which if you filled out correctly after reading what is allowed, can take up to 45 days for an answer of approval or denial. If you have to resubmit your ARC request due to missing information or non approval, you have to start the process all over again. So if time is not important to you, and you can wait several months to get an ARC approval, then dont upgrade through PULTE, and get an individual contractor, but if you want to move in and not worry about delays, then get the upgrade with PULTE. Our only complaint that could have made the process better where the following: 1- Pulte finance- Although we informed them of the importance of the closing date and Time constraints and their assurance it would not be an issue, they tried several times to change closing date and Time for their convenience, ultimately honoring our request. Additionally they asked for the same documents several times, even though we had attached them to their portal. Every time someone filled in for the financial advisor, we would receive another request to submit documents, that were already attached. They also told us 12 hours before closing that a document was missing, and for which we had already spoken to our main financial advisor, and were cleated, and they wanted to change our closing date and Time just hours before, due to their own negligence. PS- Your mortgage and insurance through Pulte will be sold to another company by the time your first mortgage payment is due. Design studio - An EV charger displayed in their website with photos was not what we paid for and received. We were informed that what we paid for was an EV 240 v plug on the wall. Which we disputed because that is not what was on display in their site. Pulte finally did the right thing. I requested they update their website to avoid further confusion with new home buyers. I have not checked to see if they updated their website. Home quality- We were assigned a construction manager (Morgan) who was excellent and kept us informed through the whole process. He made sure our questions and concerns were addressed and ensured we were satisfied with the final product (per home specs). ... More
