It was a pleasure working with Jamie throughout the warranty process. She was responsive, helpful, and consistently followed up on each aspect of the work to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We continue to be very impressed with Pulte and their team and appreciate the excellent customer service we've received.

This was our first time building a home. Working with Jose and Ron was great. Other than the financing part, we had a great experience. It was quite challenging getting all the paper work to the loan officer when you are in another state. I would send requested documents and get no acknowledgment for weeks, then they would request them again. This went on again and again right up to the closing. My credit score is around 800 and to have my assets so scrutinized by this company was not fun. I had inherited money from my dad and they wanted to know every little detail about where it came from. If I had it to do over again, I would have paid cash. ... More

Right now my backyard floods when it rains. My house sits the lowest so the water is collecting from the neighbors behind and above me and possibly other homes. It is being addressed. Pulte does not put a screen door on the slider! I'm going to have to buy a screen door and have it installed. I can't believe there isn't one. It wasn't even an option to be purchased. If you are wanting to put a fence up be prepared to lose some of your yard that you have purchased. The fence is attached to the house and cannot be extended out to include all of your backyard property. I do like the floor and door molding. It really adds to the house. I opted to extend the garage the 4 feet and so glad I did. It makes a big difference. So far the amenities have far exceeded my expectations and I can't wait until the pool complex is completed. The proposed plans look fantastic. The walking trails are also a big plus. The dogs come back exhausted so it makes for a quiet day. ... More

Quality of materials and workmanship has not been as expected.

Closing was delayed after you set the date. The house was filled with fine dust and grime. The cupboards were smeary and very difficult to clean, caulk was smeared all over the sinks. The paint quality is horrible as well as the paint job. The flooring was all spattered up requiring me to scrape and mop the entire house on my hands and knees. The microwave rarely works, you have to push extra hard on the door for it to work at all. Repairman said that is the nature the beast! the drain cover in the shower is completely loose. Everyone we have worked with is very pleasant, not necessarily helpful, but pleasant. STILL waiting for a mail key, have to to run to town everyday for my mail. From the beginning of signing the contract to the signing for the home.....Excellent communications, quality and price of the house. Would highly recommend!

Everything about buying my new home was very exciting. From start to finish my project manager responded to every request and every question in a very timely manner. It was exciting to see my house Go up from a vacant lot to a finished home. The quality that I can see is excellent. I am very pleased with the finished product. The only thing I would request differently would be to let us put a fireplace in the three smaller models. I put one in anyway, but I had to pay extra for it aftermarket and I wish I could've had it put in the build. I was pleased with the choices that I had in the design center and the people there were very helpful. I do think that the sink needs to be designed differently. I got a single square sink and I constantly have to push stuff to go down the drain. It needs to have a different design. Over all, I couldn't be happier with my home. ... More

Had issues with Pulte mortgage company -with a very high credit score the information they wanted was way to extensive -made us shy away from doing business with their Insurance company -building managers were very good and did what was told and follow-up was good

My build process took longer than expected, however the building manager communicated with me throughout the process. I appreciated his weekly or bi-weekly communications with pictures of the build progress. I am very satisfied with the quality of my home. The Pulte team responds very quickly to resolve any issues.

The drainage/grading between our house and the existing neighbor needs correcting and I'm yet to hear back from from the builder on what they plan on doing to fix the problem

I fell Pulte was unprepared for dealing with Greenville county and the way the county did things, with all the other home construction I’ve seen, the labor pool was extremely limited and Pulte has had trouble finding skilled workers which has been evident which resulted in a lot of sloppy workmanship, and Pulte was unprepared for the overwhelming response there has been to build here. With the exception of Van *****, my 4th construction manager who was a super hero, communication barely existed. I did not receive any updates unless I asked for them repeatedly, even then the information was vague and informative. I feel Pulte was not upfront with me about why there were delays and the big one, that the flooring in my house was stolen 3 times. The first time from the garage and the other 2 times after it had been installed. The first 2 times I was never informed about it, Third time I found out, but not from Pulte. Since our closing on June 16th, 4 months after our initial closing date of February 16th, we have spent almost every day waiting on various trades to come and fix something, many times they had to fix what someone else fixed. The biggest nightmare, and still dealing with some of its consequences, was not having any hot water to our kitchen faucet. The hot water line was hooked up to a cold water line behind our fireplace, which then resulted in having to replace the fireplace to a flood in the second bedroom closet due to temporary drywall repairs where 2 screws punctured two water lines. Overall there was a lot of sloppy work. I want to reiterate that Van ***** came in 2 weeks before our closing and did a fantastic job so were able to close on time. ... More

Too much pressure to complete the mortgage process months before construction began. Corporate Pulte doesn't seem to care about the buyers. One bright spot was the project manager, he kept the build process on track. The ***** is a problem, needs to focus more on enhancing the residents lifestyles not creating rules to detract from the daily Del Webb experience. My neighbors and myself have had an issue with our retention ponds that's lasted 2 months with no resolution in sight. There are some positives at the Viera property but given a do over, not sure we'd make the same decision.

Lack of supervision over sub contractors resulting in a less than desirable experience and product. ***** showed no attention to detail or pride of workmanship.

The professionalism, courtesy, communication shown/given to us from the beginning with our sales person Maria and throughout the building process with Ryan was excellent! They treated us like family and that is still ongoing today. Every question was answered in short order, and our house turned out exactly as we designed it in the design center. This is the first house we have had built by anyone other than myself, and all of our expectations were met! Thank you again, Ryan and Maria!

Basically delivered as advertised. Not much prrssure. Questions were answered. Communication good throughout . Just Ehat you need.

Build quality is excellent which shows in the "little" things like trim (not a putty filled corner joint) and tile installation (countertop notched to to go behind a cabinet trim piece or door frame molding). Only issue - build crew and sales only knowable about house not landscaping or "outside" matters and could or did not put us in contact with those supervisors for us to ask our questions. But that did not change our perception and happiness in our selection to go with this builder. Walkthroughs were fully explained in "english" for those not familiar with building materials chosen, construction practices and process, local and state laws on codes and where those codes are implemented, construction schedule and review plus communications throughout the process keeping you in-the-loop at all times. That last thing, was the best part of the process because we could ask questions at any time in the process. Great Job! ... More

Very disappointed with a finish product interior

Good quality and overall experience.

Enjoyed the Del Webb purchasing experience. However the HOA CC&Rs lack consideration for *****. Requiring trash and recycling bins be only restored in the garage with no option for exterior bin storage, creates problems with smell and *****. The garage dimensions are so tight that egress to or from vehicles for home owners with physical disabilities. And storing garbage in the garage with no ventilation designed into the garage structure exposes homeowners and guests to unhealthy odors whenever the garage is accessed, especially during summer heat. There are healthier, cosmetically unobtrusive exterior trash and recycling bins storage solutions available, which should be permissible in the *****. ... More

Was told to contact Whirlpool on oven making load boom noise. Whirlpool said it was normal. Neither ***** or Del Webb will fix issue. I have owned several houses with oven in wall, none has had this issue. Del Webb said it was a whirlpool issue. I did not buy my house from whirlpool, they should make are the issue is corrected.

I was told what I wanted to hear. What is getting done after close is basically nothing. He tells you he will look into it and you do t hear back. Ridiculous

Some minor items will need address, master shower has a chip in glass, A/C unit is very loud, staff were excellent
