The sales process and construction process were a good experience. Once we closed, the responsiveness dropped dramatically. We've been in the home for approximately two months and still don't have resolution on an open issue from the closing meeting despite multiple follow ups. The customer service warranty team is extremely slow in responding to issues and resolving problems. It's disappointing given the promises made during the sales process and the amount paid for these homes.

The actual building of the house was great. Finishing is a different story—painting, caulking, concrete, sanding, door installations, house cleaning—house was never really cleaned inside or out). Took a while to finally get a real closing date.

From the point of signatures on contracts, I feel there are so many disconnects between Sales, construction, Pulte Mortgage. I could probably count a 100 break points with opportunities to improve. Post closing there are many disconnects from Sales, Construction & HOA. Given the chance to do this over again, I am not sure I would buy in ***** again or *****

We expected to buy a resale in an adjacent community, never expected to build new. Stopping in to look at the models during a visit with friends late last year we were impressed by the floorplans and use of space. A quick visit with salesman Mark got us very interested. We returned end of year and the building process was so simple we decided to sign. The process from that point was laid out for us, they communicated the steps and arranged the necessary meetings. Im noticing a lot of little flaws now that im moved in to my new home. It would be nice to see the team of builders focus more on Quality versus quantity. It's always the little things that matters in the end.

We are extremely pleased with our home, and the the process that we experienced. The process was thorough, timely, and we were constantly informed by the construction manager with updates, issues, and potential issues. The one and only suggestion that we would make, is to have a team of Pulte lending agents to specifically process applications of self-employed home buyers. The lack of understanding, experience, retaining and reviewing submitted documents, and overall lack of competence caused us to withdraw our request and use our own lender. It wasn't worth the $10,000 to deal with it.

over all we were pleased with all that was done. My biggest complaint is the cleaning at the end and some of the appliance choices should have had available upgrades. The pantry room should have been a pocket door...you lose a lot of space the way you have it. Also, wire shelving is useless.

From the beginning I was ***** to and some of those ***** are just now being uncovered. I will not recommend Del Webb or Pulte to anyone nor will I ever change my mind on how I feel. Del Webb and Pulte both assumed my bank account was theirs to do with as they pleased.

The mortgage lender asked for the same information repeatedly, which was confusing because all the documents were loaded into a portal that the lender had requested us to use.

Unlike my custom builds of past, there are limitations to what is offered, however, there are great plans and elevations from which to choose. I will say that each person was very responsive and while there were some issues, they made each of them right. Overall, I am very happy with the build and really like the neighborhood.

Very disappointed with the tiles. We had tile people come twice to repair "nicks" and replace three tiles. We had to scrub the floor ourselves.

Our build took a long time for permit issues, the land wasn't available for some time. The building process was actually great except the subcontractor work needed to be watched a bit to compare what we contracted was actually what was done. When brought-up to the building manager, he was shockingly responsive and corrected everything immediately!! Our building manager was incredible, we were simply amazed at his professionalism and leadership!!! It makes all the difference. I can't say enough good about him!!! During walk thru I learned same unit on 3rd fl was available. I asked to see it and was told no one had the keys and if I wanted to see it I would have to attend the open house on Sat, knowing I live out of state. An obvious *****.

The quality and after sale support so far has been very good albeit we are only a couple of months in. The home building process was not, and I have already sent a lot of comments about that in a separate survey but once we FINALLY closed and moved in things have been goo so far.
