From onset to close this was TOP NOTCH. Attention to detail, quality of product, clean construction site. Super's were super. Good communication, a sense of pride in their work, their word and the company. Follow up after sale and move in was also very good and timely.

We have been very impressed with our new build process from start to finish and beyond. Professional and fast communication has been top notch with all departments. As with any new home, some items need followup after closing and we feel the service has just been top notch. Highly recommend Del Webb.

Dee was more than a sales person for us. She never hesitated when we needed help with paperwork or in answering unfamiliar questions. She made our experience more enjoyable and helped make it run smoother. Kevin was always on time and was pleasant to work with. He kept us informed on the progress of our home throughout the process. He also answered all of our questions that we were not clear on and if he didn’t know he would offer to find out even unt the day we closed.

From start to finish Pulte delivered on the construction of our home. The sales representative, designer and construction managers were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating to meet our needs and communications between them and us were excellent. Any issues that were discovered by the construction managers or us during the construction phase, closing walk through were immediately scheduled and resolved. We are pleased with the overall craftsmanship and would recommend Pulte to anyone who may want to build in Sun City HHI.

Simple buying experience but Pulte title agents were difficult to deal with due to two trusts involved, and my demand that the CDD payoff be on the closing statement seem to threw them off. Having a Pulte home insurance group made it simple book homeowners & at a great price.
