Having 3 different project managers during the build because 2 left the company didn’t help. The attention to detail was lacking in one main area... painting! We had spent extra to have the doors and trim painted black... well the moldings where put down were white , so the tried to paint them once installed... black paint on the carpet, tile and grout... still not resolved. Del Webb made the process easy for us as we were building during covid and not able to be onsite often. Nick F. our construction manager and Elaine R. our Sales person were outstanding and helped to make the experience fun; their follow up was exceptional. We're only into the home now for 2 months so we'll see how well he warranty and follow up works in the future but so far we are very happy with the process.

While teh overall experience was great we did experience with some very poor workmanship with the pastering of the drywall. Throughout the home is was evident that who ever performed the wall finishing SKIP TROROWELING TECHINQUE was Terrible. This was pointed out to our field supervisor who took immediate action to refinhish the poor workmanship. Naturaly there were other issues which we considered minor compared to what I just mentioned. In summary the issue has been corrected.

I love my house. This is the 2nd Del Webb community I have lived in. I have several issues, one being no hot water in master bathtub, only lukewarm water. When the warranty department finally contacted me they couldn’t understand how I have no hot water at the tub but have hot water at the sinks. Someone was supposed to call me but so far I have not heard from anyone. I have several issues I have turned with pictures but have not heard anything. Terrible customer service.

Our Build Manager (Dana) has been exceptional. He has taken care of every request whenever issues occurred. He responds when needed and has always acted professionally and courteous. Our number one issue is with the home is our flooring. Our tile floor was installed improperly and poorly. We obtained our keys on February 3, 2023 and to this day our tile floor has not been corrected. The few tiles that were replaced caused issues to a number of adjoining tiles (caused them to become loose). This is my fourth Pulte home. The homes are being built too quickly and the attention to detail is lacking. I had my own inspection after closing that revealed several issues with the home. Specifically the attic and roof. Areas that cannot be seen by the home owner.

I’m disappointed. I’ve owned new homes before . Pulte is either building too fast to keep up, or they’re hiring lower class workers, or they’re going downhill. I’ve never had such sloppy, messy, incomplete, unfinished work before. We personally have had to repair so many builder “oops” because getting them out to fix seems to be a problem. There are also a lot of larger “oops” we are waiting for resolution.

It is extremely difficult to get any follow-up on items that are on backorder or that were promised to be fixed at thirty days after close. Seems to be a consistent problem with many new home owners.

The Buying and closing process was fantastic. The issue I have is we are 45 days in the house and we are still waiting for half of the closing walk repair list to be completed. We are now at the 30 day repair list and 10 days past submitting and no repairs have been scheduled. We don’t even have parts to use the full extent of our microwave. The AC still isn’t working correctly, it blows like a wind tunnel and you can’t talk or hear the TV over the noise.

Entered request for repair/replacement two issues have not heard anything. Getting ready to enter two more issues hopefully I’ll get a response. The house is great but I question the workmanship. The process was 99% positive. During final walk thru there were several things not completed and missed. Made a mistake after our construction manager asked to sign off even though not 100% then the next day got an email from him asking for a good review, we did. Then still waiting to get things fixed. Dishwasher was not hooked up at all. So I had to do it myself…. Door from garage to laundry room was missing a seal so bugs have easy access, had hire a exterminator…

We notified our project manager Steve of issues with our kitchen cabinets during walkthrough, at move in and after move in. Still has not been repaired. Almost 90 days later we finally have an appointment for repair after far too many emails and phone calls. There was non communication through the process - finally got the Customer Service Manager to assist. Thanks Tatiania! Still had to wait another 3 weeks to get an escalated schedule. Working with Ken in sales was really good, he kept us informed about the progress of our home up till it was finished. Our building Supervisor Kohl kept in touch with us on each step of the build and corrected any issues that we had along the way. Right now we're compiling a list of items that need to be corrected and will wait and see how that is handled.

Not enough qualified and experienced tradesman out there to get the quality as expected. Just take a look at your customer care center and look at how many follow ups for building flaws there are. It’s rediculous. Do it right the first time or don’t do it at all.

The buying experience was great. The builder is terrible. The contractor did not return calls. A lot of items were not completed. I sent an email to the warranty department with the list of items that were not completed and they sent an email that someone would contact me. That was over a month ago and still no contact.
