We had to trade for a spec home as the house we chose would not be ready as promised. Our lease was up and rent without a lease was an additional $800 a month. So I did not get my farmhouse sink and a couple of other upgrades I selected. But we do like the home we ended up with.

Communication during the purchase and construction was very good. We were not living near the home as it was being constructed so all communication was done remotely. We felt the price was reasonable for the home and the community is just what we were looking for. Final construction was hurried and there was a lack of quality on several finish items. We are trying to find a window of time for the builder to complete the punchlist items.

Have not recieved gas cooking stove I bought with house packege( 2 months and waiting) make calls no response. Want my stove I paid for. Cart garage door was installed wrong, does not fully open. Lack of fix to problem or communication about the problem as in situation is being ignored.follow thru after closing is terrible

Fit and finish of the home was awful. They cut every corner on material they can to save money. Be aware of their building materials and practices before making a purchase.

Blaze made the experience fun. He treated us with respect and kindness and walked us through getting the house ready for us. Blaze was very attentive, punctual has knowledge of the whole construction process. I would recommend Blaze to other buyers!

We had a great experience watching our new home being built. Our field manager, Anthony, was exceptional; responsive, funny and really easy to work with. Now that we have lived in our home for a month, we are really enjoying git. I would say, however, that there are a lot of little things we’ve noticed,such as paint spotsn carpeting, small gashes in doors Gotham haven’t been painted over, spots of glue or other substances on the floors and a drawer that already fell off it’s track. We consider this lack of attention to detail by the many trades involved in building the house. And the Pulte warranty department has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE!! ... More

This was my first experience with the process involved in building a house. I am pleased with the results. Everyone I dealt with from the sales person to the title company were knowledgeable and pleasant. The on site field manager, Nick, made sure I understood all the advantages of this house and was quick to address the few issues found during the walk through. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and how energy efficient this house is. I intend to enjoy my new home for many years.

The complete process was great. Everyone was professional and answered all of our questions. We trusted the process and the people we worked with.

The on the ground people were wonderful and could not have been nicer. They were responsive and genuinely concerned for both us and our new home. I can't say enough nice things about Ken our sales advisor or David our construction manager.

Love our new home, floor plan is awesome community is amazing and Project managers for our build were excellent

They rushed with the house to get it done with the quick move in homes and did not pay close attention to details.

Still waiting for repairs scheduled for late Oct. Dish washer doesnt dry the dish's, Whirlpool

We loved every aspect of our home buying experience! Lynn our Sales agent, Dana, Wes and Austin our Superintendents were so amazing! They kept in touch with us along the way and we’re responsive to our many questions as well. Given the challenges to industry is experiencing, they went above and beyond to insure they delivered a quality home! We’ve been here 6-weeks and so far everything is still great. Expecting a buyer to see every flaw or issue with items needing to be fixed in a walk through just before receiving keys is ludicrous. Was told a 2 inch scratch in glass shower door was out of warranty because I had not noted it on last walk through is ridiculous. It is noted that there is at least a year warranty on materials. Why is the glass not included? Have to wonder how many other problems that are discovered as time goes by will be brushed aside with a similar response. There needs to be another meeting 30 days after close of escrow to address new found issues as well as one after one year. There does not appear to be any attempt to keep at least a somewhat clean and tidy appearance of the neighborhood while the remainder of homes are in various stages of completion. ... More

Great experience throughout the buying and building process. We are delighted with our new home.

I signed with lots of outstanding issues, but didn't want interest rates to increase. Issues include lack of electricity to appliances, holes in walls, doors not closing or locking, etc. The list is 20+ items long.

The carftmenship on this home is terrible. the builder went as cheap as is could and stay in codei

Salesman Jerry, excellent. Came in on day off to accommodate our schedules. Construction Superintendent Blaze did great job of keeping home on schedule & keeping us informed.

Had issues at the end of the process.

Roby our superintendent on our house did wonderful job correcting issues as soon as they arose. Great follow up on everything!

From start to finish, Jerry of the sales team was always there for us, his expertise in the business is exceeded by his client focus. Zakry of the build team was another reason we were very satisfied with the process.

The builder working with the buyer didn’t really happen until the end but it all worked out and the house is great!

This is my third house with Del Webb Sun City, each in a different state. The last two were purchased sight-unseen over the internet and I am never disappointed.

The house was completed on the day estimated 4 months in advance and that really helped with our move and selling our other home. My experience after moving in has been good with warranty issues. Easy to set up a ticket and get a date for the service to be done, but it takes quite a long time to actually get the people here to do the repair. We love the house!
