Homes are basically built very well, but at the same time they go up fast. Home buyers are given ample opportunity to stay abreast of plans, changes, and overall progress. COVID-19 has affected some aspects, and we wish we could have somehow "gotten the jump" on things like landscaping and window coverings so they could get started near closing. But no regrets here!

Project mgr did a great job.

Very happy with the quality of our house. Everyone was very responsive durning the build process which was very helpful as we were not in the area.

We are overall very pleased with our new home. We do have issues but they are being taken care of.

We purchased a quick move in home. Overall it was great. Salesperson was the best and superintendent has been very attentive.

Bought a "spec" home". Saved time to "get in" but no changes allowed, so had to make changes after moved in at greater cost. Initial "punch list" of repairs and touch up has not been addressed in over 30 days. Not a big deal, just disappointing having to stare at little pieces of blue tape.

The entire process was very smooth. I was kept well informed throughout and I couldn't be happier. Special shout out to Mike and Richard. They were gems to work with on both the sales and construction side. I would definitely recommend a Del Webb community and home.

Beautiful home with all we wanted

Our PM was absolutely responsive and caring about the construction and closing issues. Without him, we would not have been able to get the home completed.

There was only one real issue that was always present and that was the 15 month wait to build the home. We signed the contract in May of 2022 and were assured that the home would be built by April, 2023. We didn't move in until Sept 22, 2023. The problem was that we had to move to 2 different rental locations due to this delay. We would see our lot set idle for 2-3 months before any workers arrived. Communication from Pulte was spotty and not informative, very frustrating. Once in the home, I believe that it was well built and we are enjoying our living experience. We love the community and like our house, feel it represents good value for money. Our biggest concern was the time it took to complete house from signing contract, essentially 15.5 months. While we appreciate the challenging environment we’re disappointed in extended built time. Additionally, would have appreciated more communication with Pulte re build progress. A timeline with milestones would be a great help Now that we are in our home initial impressions are good.

The builder working with the buyer didn’t really happen until the end but it all worked out and the house is great!

The people that we worked with really seemed to care and tried to make the home buying experience a positive one.

Sales person Mike was very good and helpful throughout the build. Project manager was great and finished home was very good.

Quality of build. Amenities to use

I love my home however I think there could’ve been better workmanship and care taken when completing it. Christian was helpful acknowledging and resolving a few of the problems. I have hired an outside inspector who found many more problems. As I look around now I find a few more that I feel was basically done either in a rush by workers trying to complete things or maybe they just didn’t care. I have a tile that was put not put in with the pattern in mind, I have granite that is cracked and lots of other things too numerous to mention on this. I am going to trust fully that Pulte homes will take care of these problems as I do love my home but hope to love it even more! Thank you ... More

Very happy with the home

Not flexible but they did what they said they were going to do. No surprises.

Issues were taken care of effectively and in a timely manner.

Being on the East coast during the construction was difficult and didn’t have the best updates of construction.

Builders team was great

Plan on going over budget at design center

Home turned out great
