I love the Del Webb community and all the opportunities that is creates. The issue is after the closing and the follow up with warranty issues.

When you promise 72 holes of golf, deliver 72 holes of golf. When you promise to fix a window cracked by construction prior to the move in, fix the window. I work in the service industry and my wife did as well prior to retirement. Being truthful is forefront in maintaining a reputable business.

Carpet grease stains not removed

When you buy a brand new home, you expect brand new everything. Prior to closing a worker had tracked grease on the new carpet. There have been 3 attempts to clean it to no avail. Rather than having a new carpet, I have one that has been cleaned multiple times along with the associated fraying of the fibers that comes with cleaning.

The real base price includes the cost of the lot which is NOT included in the advertised price. We are still very satisfied with our purchase. After taking ownership of our home, it takes too long for vendors to come back and fix what is broken.

We are very pleased with our home, however we were here during the last 3 months of the construction. I can’t even begin to tell you what slobs your workers are. I wouldn’t want to buy a home that I wasn’t there to make sure there weren’t pop cans/bottles in the walls because no one cares enough to move them. They even stapled a water bottle to a stud so it would be in the wall. Our site supervisor did a good job of catching things, but they can’t be there all the time. Despite all that, we are pleased with the end product and are enjoying our new home. Except for the subs working next door ...

The number of floor plans are great. However I would say the basic level of home is below standard. Everything is an upgrade. Also we found quickly by accident the wood trim is not really wood, so we were disappointed there. What you are getting is the environment in the Del Webb community. Unfortunately with the virus we ave not yet been able to enjoy that yet. I also had to give only average marks for responsiveness as with the virus our list of initial issues have not yet been addressed ... and every house has them. Pulte Employees are great, Most subcontractors and materials are SUB-PAR

Pulte Homes are not the quality that they tout! Many materials are low grade, paint is HORRIBLE, etc. MOST subcontractor; as I put it; “nobody gives a *#’t”. However, the Pulte Employees themselves valued the “relationship” and to provide an exceptional experience for the Homebuyer. To name a few outstanding individuals within the Pulte Organization in our “build process”; Tosha(sales), David(Construction MGR) and Kaitlan(Customer Care Manager)really went out of their way in the pursuit of excellence!

Follow up repairs are slow but the lack of communication is the worse the person in charge of our follow up repairs {Anthony} doesn't return calls or emails it's very frustrating.

I was disappointed with the overall craftsmanship. I had to fix the pots and pans drawer myself, the window openings were less than square, missing an outlet and cover on the back of the house, tile floors are less than even, there was paint splatter on the floors, there is already a crack in the driveway and a chip on the sidewalk.

We really like many of the features of our home and the community is excellent. That being said.... the home building process was extremely long (14 months) and we are still waiting for some things to be completed/ fixed almost 2 months after closing. Pulte was in a real rush to get things done so some craftsmanship had suffered.

Seems like houses are being built too fast and corners are being cut. Builder is not responding to issues in a timely manner or at all. We are at about the 2 month point and we still don’t have the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the house, this is just ridiculous. I understand supply issues but if I went out on my own to get a refrigerator I would have had it by now, am I supposed to believe an individual consumer can get a refrigerator faster than a large builder such as Pulte. I have submitted my 30 day list of repairs needed and have heard nothing about when this is going ...

We have not yet moved into our new home, so I can't comment fully on quality, value, trustworthiness and responsiveness. Our project manager however has been very helpful and very easy to work with, and done an excellent job being responsive. However at least two plants were dead in the back yard a couple of days after being planted. The project manager said that there was no guarantee on the landscape plants.

This is not the first new home that I have built so I am not new to the experience. That said, I was surprised with the number of major quality issues that existed with the house when we were given the keys. From major mechanical issues and missed key parts in the attic and on the roof to a clogged water system and non-functioning electrical outlets, the lack of quality checks and low standard of acceptability on visual items was dumbfounding. The Pulte support services including Sales, Mortgage, Design Center and Smart Home were exemplary and the people there were a joy to work with. ...
