The only issue is with the responsiveness of the Pulte group to fix the issues with the home. They do not seem to provide feedback and a schedule in a timely manner.

We have not yet moved into our new home, so I can't comment fully on quality, value, trustworthiness and responsiveness. Our project manager however has been very helpful and very easy to work with, and done an excellent job being responsive. However at least two plants were dead in the back yard a couple of days after being planted. The project manager said that there was no guarantee on the landscape plants.

The warranty support is very disappointing. It is really tainting the excitement of purchasing the home. The warranty team and process needs serious attention.

Beautiful home. But poor quality paint used, roof leak after first monsoon. Still to be repaired.

This is not the first new home that I have built so I am not new to the experience. That said, I was surprised with the number of major quality issues that existed with the house when we were given the keys. From major mechanical issues and missed key parts in the attic and on the roof to a clogged water system and non-functioning electrical outlets, the lack of quality checks and low standard of acceptability on visual items was dumbfounding. The Pulte support services including Sales, Mortgage, Design Center and Smart Home were exemplary and the people there were a joy to work with. Where Pulte totally fell down was with the build execution and now the real completion of the house has been left to the Customer Service rep who is doing his best to close out the issues. I don't believe she new what she was doing....lied to me and very unprofessional. Also I have called 4 times and the cable line is crushed so we have no internet Cody told me not to contact him so I called the office and they emailed him I also emailed no response.

I closed on my new home at Del Web Sun City in Buckeye AZ in July; but have not moved in yet. I plan to move in at the end of September. At the final walk through I was very happy with the final product. My Construction manager was excellent and did a great job. I found the Design Center staff to be very unprofessional and non-responsive to errors they made in documenting my choices and was forced to live with their errors. Some of the material choices where not current as far as technology, ie Can Lights and Controls; window material vinyl versus wood or fiberglass.

The HOA increased monthly dues w/o notifying prospective buyers. changed rules to home ownership and contract. pulte did not finish courtyard created additional expenses. When buying into community have about $20K available for landscaping and other costs. the hoa rules now require homeowners to have landscaping installed 90 days after move in\-a change from original hoa rules sent to me upon contracting that stated plans must be submitted 90 days after move in. The buying process was easy.

The build went pretty well and we had an excellent building supervisor. However, since closing we have had a difficult time getting Pulte to assume responsibility for things that need to be fixed

We love the house and really thought we were buying a quality home from a quality builder and why we spent over 100k on upgrades but what we didn’t realize was they couldn’t execute the standard features of the home, much less the upgrades, We should be able to run our dishwasher and turn on our disposal at the same time, but we can’t. Our 22k corner sliding door shouldn’t be full of scratches, the extra money spent on counter tops, all look like it was done by a someone inexperienced. They had trade issues, ok then delay and do it right. Don’t keep changing the close date but then to rush at the end and leave things not even completed or wrong for the homeowners to deal with it. The process from beginning to end was a great experience, with the exception of return communication from the design team after we purchased our extras, and the final walk through process was a disaster. You would think that the finishes would be a high priority, since this is what John Q Public sees at closing, it is what is looked at in order to accept the property. We had so many small finish issues, that my wife & i were completely disappointed, and since have had zero contact by the person who was in charge of making those repairs. He sent us a text letting us know a new person was going to handle our issues. There was such a big deal made about checking the box that states we received our home in satisfactory condition, that when i did not check that box, the super stopped contact with us. So unprofessional, I am in the construction industry, i understand quality and communicating with customers. My suggestion would be that the builder, be less concerned about a checked box and more concerned about listening to the buyer, and providing a finished product that everyone IS actually satisfied with. ... Overall we love our home. There are so many things that easily met our expectations. Our concerns our 1 - the quality of the paint inside is terrible. They should have used some kind of latex paint. They used a flat based and every little things that touches the walls leaves marks that need to be washed down. 2 - we had our walk through 2 months ago and still have several things not resolved. I am now leaving voicemails with no response. Very frustrating because we just want to move forward.

We didn’t have a great experience, craftsmanship not well, came out to correct but didn’t finish correctly for the amount of money we invest in our homes we would expect better work and finish timely but mostly correctly

The builder has low expectations and standards. Builder is focused on building fast and NOT on building a good quality production home, that is too bad , they have some Awesome floor plans. The trades are pushed to get things done FAST, so they are either unable or unqualified to do a good job. It has been over 30days since we completed our 30 day list of things to be fixed and the only response was we will schedule in the next month or two.

We are still left with lots of little repairs that need to be done and talking with our neighbors we are not alone.It would seem that with this building boom that’s going on in festival that selling and building fast has taken priority over doing a good job.

We had a great experience watching our new home being built. Our field manager, Anthony, was exceptional; responsive, funny and really easy to work with. Now that we have lived in our home for a month, we are really enjoying git. I would say, however, that there are a lot of little things we’ve noticed,such as paint spotsn carpeting, small gashes in doors Gotham haven’t been painted over, spots of glue or other substances on the floors and a drawer that already fell off it’s track. We consider this lack of attention to detail by the many trades involved in building the house. And the Pulte warranty department has been COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE!! ... More

Quality is not what you get, it is what you are told though. Building processes are wrong and things in home get damaged during construction. Once house closes, items are no longer build problems but now warranty issues and response is slow to get fixed. A few small inexpensive changes could make home much more efficient. They are not options and you cannot change later. The construction manager is really just a PR guy for Pulte and oversees too many homes to be focused on quality. The common response to issues is” that’s the way we do it”.

Blown away by the lack of respect from one trade to the other. They come to fix a problem and create another one. Our superintendent went silent on us. If he spend more time addressing issues and less time begging for good surveys we would have been able to write a good survey response. Very poor workmanship throughout. Great community though.

The quality of workmanship is far from satisfactory. The house was not cleaned properly prior to owner possession. Numerous issues with the finish work requiring constant contact with the Field Quaility Manager, as well as the Customer Care Office. Appointments scheduled and the Trades do not show up or call, with total disregard for the home owners time waiting around all day for a no show. Buying a new EXPENSIVE Home should be a pleasant experience. I wish I could say that about the purchase of this home.

scratch on microwave door, flooring grout with drywall dust everywhere, hallway bathroom tub with crack, missing tile grout, black markings above drain and shower tile grout is leeching, back patio ceiling speaker at wrong location, front door threshold sweep with gaps, no interior paints touchup kit provided, missing hallway bathroom towel ring, scratched and rough finishes on upper wall cabinets in kitchen and laundry. The final walk was rushed.
