They did the best they could in a tough environment

Slow response to take care of punch list items after closing.

Andrew did good. Minimal contact with Sales after ours passed.

My experience with pulte homes were excellent from the minute I stepped into the sales door of del Webb the sales rep went beyond and explain everything to me. I am very happy the transition from moving was easy for me I am a widow they made it very easy for me..I rate del Webb homes 0-5 I give them a 5 for excellent .

Our experience was not at all what we were promised. Finding out someone had put a cigarette out in our walk-in shower to finding a banana peel hanging in the spare room closest. The workmanship for the price we paid is very poor. We have had numerous issues with getting things complete. Commutation with our field manager is awful. We should not have to be the ones to contact people in order to have things fixed.

Nice home. Wish closing wasn’t rushed for a better walkthrough experience.

We were pleased to receive weekly updates from our Salesperson, Ken and our Building Supervisor, Andrew while our home was being built. (We were out of state.) The staff at the Title Company and the Design Center were great, providing us with all necessary documents and updates. Mortgage Company also made long-distance qualifying as easy as possible, although scanning documents was sometimes challenging.

The communication from all parties is horrible

When we did the walk-through with Field Manager Steve J...we had a very good experience. Issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We did our walk thru and the place was a mess and was told they would do a final clean. Pointed out several issues inside and outside of the house. Received a text 3 days later that everything was fixed and we could move in. I am out of state so I did not come back for 3 weeks. When I arrived w truckloads of items to move in the majority of the walk thru stuff had not been complete and the house was filthy. The superintendent did get most items fixed in next 2 days but I should of never had to delay my move in or call people to come fix and clean. I am still trying to get the last few items fixed and no one will return my call. My confidence level of the quality of this home is very limited based on the lack of cleanliness and quality in presentation of the house. It is very obvious in this market that Pulte/Del Webb is trying to capture as much profit and putting quality secondary. ... More

Good construction manager and superintendent! Average and sloppy subcontractors. Good follow up and correction of building flaws and imperfections created by subcontractors.

Very happy with the home

The builder needs to take more time and making sure that the home is in good working order, before handing over to the homeowner. They need to hire more staff on the Job Sites to insure that this happens. We are now hiring an Inspector to make sure that this house has been built propertly .

Customer service person not reliable in following through with commitments.

We had built many homes by many builders. Pulte was like any other builder. It’s the quality of the people that transcends from every step of the process.

From start to finish, our experience with buying a Pulte Home was amazing. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and the most positive and friendly group we have every worked with. A home buying experience can be very stressful but this group guided us through and made it as stress free as possible. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with our home purchase thru Pulte. Thank you everyone!

We bought during covid, so things were definitely different. I don’t think the design center was very helpful when it came time to pick things out. Good thing I brought my daughter with. I thought the quality of the build could have been better. The painters were the worst, still finding paint drips to this day. Good idea to make weekly visits to check on progress, with covid and living in another state this was difficult for us. Our sales consultant and field manager were great to work with, unfortunately the field manager left a month after we moved in.

If you're looking for a new home, it would be hard to beat the quality and workmanship of Pulte... From Start to Finish, Pulte kept my wife and I updated on the progress of our new home, we couldn't be happier with the entire process...

Not flexible but they did what they said they were going to do. No surprises.

I really appreciated everyone, I was in another state during the building process. Elaine sent me pictures everyone chance she got, my head person, Andrew was so professional, stayed in contact, the closing was a breeze and the walk thru a thrill. I really feel they answered all my concerns and helped me with many decisions, great experience!!!!

I’m disappointed. I’ve owned new homes before . Pulte is either building too fast to keep up, or they’re hiring lower class workers, or they’re going downhill. I’ve never had such sloppy, messy, incomplete, unfinished work before. We personally have had to repair so many builder “oops” because getting them out to fix seems to be a problem. There are also a lot of larger “oops” we are waiting for resolution.

They call the walk through a celabration but it was anything but a celebration. The walk through should be when the home is 99% complete, but there was several things that needed to be addressed. The day we got our keys was another disappointment. We were supposed to get keys at 1 pm, then it was changed to 3 pm, finally at 5 pm we got keys and it was the end of the day and the construction manager was ready to go home. We told them to take there time, because we were not on a time schedule. We just wanted a finished home that was clean. When we came back the next day the floor looked terrible it had grout haze everywhere. There was sheetrock dust on top of the trim work and electrical cover plates. You could see the sheetrock seams on the ceiling, I had to vacuum the entire house, there are several dings on the trim work. ... More

The builder was very clear and professional while conducting the final inspection. Any issues noted were addressed and taken care of.
