We love our new house and the sales team but the contractors and materials used are generally suspect. The painters were sloppy, did not use drop clothes and the paint was of poor quality - both inside and out. The stucco and roofing work was also done hastily and poorly. My opinion is that during COVID Pulte had too few contractors to keep up with sales which resulted in poor overall quality. We have numerous issues with our home after we received the keys and are still trying to resolve them nearly 2 months later. My advice is to new Pulte buyers is to hire your own inspector to sign off on each phase of construction and make sure that when you receive the keys the house is truly complete to your satisfaction. ... From our sales associate to our field supervisor, the team was very informative and helpful. The home buying experience was positive, from start to finish.

Homes are a great value and community is fantastic. However, the quality of the materials and workmanship is sub standard. There is an apparent lack of pride in workmanship.

The overall experience was very good. Time of construction took took a few weeks longer than projected but with Covid 19 that was expected.

Del Webb made the process easy for us as we were building during covid and not able to be onsite often. Nick F. our construction manager and Elaine R. our Sales person were outstanding and helped to make the experience fun; their follow up was exceptional. We're only into the home now for 2 months so we'll see how well he warranty and follow up works in the future but so far we are very happy with the process.

From purchase to move in the entire process was smooth.

Our poor quality of workmanship was created by having 5 different field managers exchange responsibility throughout the build of our home. POOR management system. OUR HOME IS FULL OF ITEMS NEEDING RREPAIRED AND THEY ARE CHOOSING TO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKES such as cracked window, unsmooth granite countertops with sharp edges.. Bowed walls...porch and patio full of birdbaths and craters as well as saw cuts in the edges of our bullnosed cement work...The list Goes On.. underaged kids working on our flooring and tiles.. We enjoyed our salesman immensely. No question was too small . We were buying from across the country sight unseen. We knew Del Webb’s reputation so there was nothing to worry about. It has been exciting the area is beautiful. Now we are struggling with follow ups on things we are concerned about. I realize there are other new houses being built but you need to get things completed for owners who live here, after all, we are your biggest cheerleaders. At least, at the moment!

The overall experience was great. Our salesmen was always available at providing information if we needed it along the the Interior design office. Everyone kept us informed as to what was happening next and gave excellent guidance. Our Project Manager went over and above communicating with us the stages the house was in and always contacted us if we needed anything.

Good overall experience with the process of building and purchasing.

Time frame for build takes about 7 months, so be patient it will all be worth it.

Carefully look your home over.

They are receptive to answering questions and going over the details during construction.

While teh overall experience was great we did experience with some very poor workmanship with the pastering of the drywall. Throughout the home is was evident that who ever performed the wall finishing SKIP TROROWELING TECHINQUE was Terrible. This was pointed out to our field supervisor who took immediate action to refinhish the poor workmanship. Naturaly there were other issues which we considered minor compared to what I just mentioned. In summary the issue has been corrected.

We had a great experience and the home is completely to our liking

The closing "celebration" walk-through was a joke and a huge disappointment. I would have been embarrassed to present the home in the condition it was in and call it a final walk through. The home was in absolutely no condition to hand over to us as owners. It seemed that the construction crew was walking out the back door as we came in the front door.

We thought they did a very good job in building our home and the issues that we did have, they made every effort to resolve quickly and thoroughly.

This purchase was made remotely from another state. Each department communicated with me as next steps were implemented. My customer care manager sent photos and answered all my questions, gave me options when appropriate and was integral in getting me exactly what I wanted or expected. I love the floorplan and the options available. Love my new home!

After you sign on the dotted line and home closed. Good luck getting anything repaired that is on your 30 day list. AWFUL!!! It has been a nightmare. My thermostat was wired wrong months to get fixed. Still not completely fixed as they need to go in and adjust vents as it does not evenly distribute air flow and little devices that are suppose to do that do not work. Patio door you have to lean in to close and they say that is normal NOT Still fighting to get that replaced The door is not square. They blame the concrete people. Tired of fighting I own a new home it should be one. Stucco has cracks and small holes in area. They came out once and fixed couple and left all the rest that were marked with blue tape. Stucco all over covers for electrical outside. Still waiting on new ones for that. Stucco appmnt still not complete Tile in shower needs to be replaced as defective. Still waiting on that. They blamed plumber. I can go on and on with repairs that have still not been completed You get the idea I am not going to list all things that need fixing. I moved in end of October we are not beginning of February and still waiting for repairs to be completed. Once you sign on the dotted line they are done with you and get frustrated when you call to get repairs done. I have been more than patient, been nice, but now loosing my patience. This has been a great experience and the builder has been very responsive to out questions and concerns.

The entire process was very smooth. My suggestion to Pulte Construction is to install hot water recirculation systems in every home! The save Water and Money

Very disappointed that they put in the wrong master vanity and I now have to live with the mess...

This builder is worth trying

I am very disappointed in the lack of pride or workmanship in the house. We have many ongoing issues to be corrected. Some of which are out of square walls which they will not correct. Hardwood flooring that was damaged and has been repaired twice only to be damaged even more while repairs happened. Many blemishes in the texturing and pour drywall finishing including a huge gap above one door that appeared it was just hammered out. Some electrical issues that were not correctly wired. Chipped granite countertop that was repaired but still looks poor. Cabinets with many dings and scratches and very poor adjustment of doors. A bath tub creeks each time there is movement inside of it. A poorly designed hot water system that means even on full hot it is barely hot enough to have a shower. There is some poor planning and design of the home with such things as poor placement of electrical outlets and placement of a doorbell which cannot be heard through most of the home. We enjoyed our superintendent, he did a good job. The problem is with the finishes inside the house. The materials used are definitely builder grade, the paint job is questionable, and the overall fit and finish is borderline. While the house is probably going to last ok, a lot of work needs to be done to clean up the finishes on the doors, casing, and baseboard. The cabinets are a low grade, but the granite countertops are very well done. The texture on the interior walls is adequate, but the interior paint is very low quality.
