Be very careful with the title company. The instructions were misunderstood and now we have to hire a real estate attorney at our own expense to make the corrections. The house is well built and we would always buy a Del Webb property. Their people are the best.

We had a home inspection done two days after we moved in by an independent agent. We would highly recommend any new buyer to do so. The finish elements done by the trades were definitely not ‘high end’ but probably typical with tract home builders. The charges for upgrades were high enough to incentivize us to do some upgrades on our own after moving in. Glad we did. Even though we had built four homes previously and had a good idea of what we would want in a home, the Design Center was challenging on many levels. Wonderful people to work with from sales to field manager to the guy who tiles your bathroom. Beautiful, quality home. Affordable and gorgeous. Never dreamed we would be living in this beautiful Arizona community.

My AC has not worked properly since I moved in at the end on June. It's now August 15th and it's still now working. I was told that the thermostat not controlling temp was normal, I should be OK with it the 80's in my house. Black marks on my while tile floor...again I was told "that's how it's supposed to be. Back Splash tile are not all the same color. Again, I was told that was how it was supposed to be. Door handles on my sliding glass doors were different colors...I was told, that was how it's supposed to be. Those handles were taking off..they were different colors...new handles put in their place. Bathroom lights flicker...bulbs changed out....the lights still flicker...job complete. Paint on my counter tops and tile floor...."we only construction clean with water, you should hire someone to clean that for you." Outlets are loose in my house, still waiting ....a month and a half so far, electrical safety...just because you can see inside the box doesn't make it a problem. Someone even said that I was trying to get out of the tile installed in our house...so wrong, it was the reason we liked and bought the house. We just want the scuff marks removed. ... More

We love the home. It has all the features we need. All staff were friendly and responsive to our questions. We have no regrets.

Overall the house makes us smile. Have had problems with buried cables; ac leaks;(still not fixed) loose gas piping connections; some finishing work less than pristine. Our experience with site manager was good. Repairs handled promptly. He consistently showed concern for any problems we were experiencing. Enjoying our new home.

Some past warranty defects were reported. Response time in correcting some of these defects seemed unreasonable. Still awaiting repair of unfastened Garage Door Hinge.

the work was done by non speaking English so they couldn't read all my change orders so I,can't give a good rating on work man's hip way too many major mistakes!!

We were surprised at how easy and efficiently the home was planned and built. The process was definitely made easier and more stress free by our building supervisor . He kept us up to date and dealt with any issues that came up. Overall we were very happy with the process and felt we got very good value for our money.

paint comes off walls, 24 inch centers on some walls can not hang cabinets, if something is wrong no one fixes it during construction, it seems like the house has to go up as fast as it can and don't care about quality of home, don't prime walls before top coat, worst home I ever had

From the no pressure to purchase sales staff, to the decision of building a new home and then working with the design center and field supervisor, it was a great experience with little stress that the house would be built with high quality and attention to detail.

Buying a new home was our dream to choose our interiors. We achieved this with our salesperson, Pulte Interior Designers and an OUTSTANDING FIELD MANAGER. The process is very interactive and I felt that it was a true team effort.

Ask lots of questions about materials used in homes.

Pulte made the process easy and smooth. We were kept up to date weekly on the progress. Shelly and Kohl are Rock Stars! What a pleasure to work with! If there was a negative, some more interior paint colors would have been nice. All in all we are very pleased and satisfied!

Dealing with all Pulte personnel in the purchase, design and necessary financing was a most pleasant experience handled in a truly professional and helpful manner.

It all began with the model homes. They were available for us to view on our own without sales pressure. The floor plans are awesome. We narrowed it down to three before our final decision. Then the process began at the sales office. It was like having a personal assistant. The saleswoman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After choosing the lot, the next six months were impressive. There were attentive people in every aspect of sales, design, mortgage processing and construction. They were available and in constant contact. Pulte mortgage made it easy to upload documents. They guided us through each step of the way. They communicated by phone, email and website. The construction phase was amazing. Every stage was well planned. The house was completed on schedule. Our field rep has been taking care of minor follow up issues in a timely manner. I designed a new house here for my boyfriend and was so impressed that I sold my house in CA and bought one out here. I love Del Webb!

dry wall to thin. suggest to double thickness of drywall and rather charge a little more for what would be a big improvement.

The choice of materials and configuration is very limited. And even though our contract specified FULL OVERLAY cabinets, we did not get them. And I'm still unhappy about that. I think you should live up to the terms of the contract.
