Mark is very knowledgeable about the homes and lots. He always went above his duties as an agent he makes you feel like you’re the only one he’s dealing with.

Alec has been great to work during the pandemic.

Keep in contact with the building superintendent and ask questions if you're not sure of anything. If possible visit the home site as much as you can and inspect the progress.

The individual in charge of the build was very professional and paid attention to detail

It was very helpful how our construction foreman, Nick, sent us weekly photos of our building progress. From beginning to end, our experience was exceptional.

Shelley was such a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our new home and Kohl does a great job of managing all the details of the construction! Can’t go wrong, building a new home with Del Webb!

Our buying process went well throughout the sales, design and build process. Everyone kept us informed at every step of the process. A special shout out to Alex E., our field construction manager, who went out of the way to keep us informed with pictures and video of the house build through the final walk thru, as we were out of state and unable to travel much due to the Covid situation. Thanks to everyone at Del Webb.

Sales and field supervision went above and beyond.

The building process was stress free. The builders had a plan with timelines all ready. They followed these plans and we were advised each time a goal was achieved. The goals and timeline were excellent.

We have a new home that due to the virus we can't be at right now. Can't wait to be able to move into. Have 1 issue to have taken care of in guest bath.

They buying process was great.

Site Manager, Mike, took us around homes under construction to demonstrate some of the quality practices Pulte uses to build homes. Was very impressed with what we saw. Been in our home now almost 2 months and we are very happy with the quality and features included. Have built homes before and many of these items were upgrades with other builders. Our Sales Rep, Bobbie was also incredible to work with. She went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are so grateful to her.

I found the process to be very smooth. This is the first time I have had a home built. My sales persons were very good about responding to my many questions. I had an excellent field manager who always got answers to my concerns and responded very promptly to my calls/texts. The Design Center and granite store were fun and exciting to visit. Walking into my new home was wonderful...Just what I had pictured. Thanks!

From the beginning, working with the sales office, the design person, the construction manager, talking with the workers, Pulte Mortgage, title company and closing - all went so smooth and everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We still have some issues from our pre-closing walk-through to be resolved, but the construction manager is working with us.

Everything went very smoothly and all the Pulte people were very helpful and kind. We love our new home.

I'm putting my Trust in Pulte's Hands ! Our Agent, Mr. Plonski, has been Great, Every step of the way. Michael, the Builder, Did a Superb job Building the home I bought. As for any other issues, I've had with Pulte Mortgage... I'm sure these Agents were following the Pulte LLC Rules ! I'd never buy, again and use the same LLC to handle every aspect of my transaction. The entire process of designing and building my new home was fantastic.

From the beginning of the sales process through building, to after the closing it's been the attention to detail. The entire process has been seamless and very customer friendly. Even if there was an issue, and there weren't many, they were addressed immediately! Thank you to the Del Webb team for making this a great experience.
