Sorry, I can’t give a good review

Our experience was very good. Closing process was explained very well and completed with no issues. Project Superintendent deserves an 11 on a scale of 10 as highest score.

Dana did a great job of communication and keeping us informed. Overall the home is completed well. There are some things that in the design process should be pointed out so changes can be made to make logical choices that are not visible until after you move in like light switch placement when certain door choices are made and other similar items. These things Pulte should know and could point out to buyers. Also attention to detail around trim finish, paint on switch plates and the low quality of the under- counter lighting finishing were a bit of a disappointment all of which we have resolved on our own. We realize we are not buying a custom home and as such the above items perhaps should be expected in a spec home even though the cost was above the typical tract house. I think the final inspection process by the Pulte team needs to be a lot more critical and detailed so as to catch many of these things. One last item is the SST offerings, in particular the WiFi access points. In today’s environment these really are of little use. The WiFi routers supplied by the Internet providers (Cox, Quantum) often free, provide the same( or in our case) better WiFi coverage throughout our home AND yard. As of today the Access points we have are of little use and remain the single largest regret we have about the purchase experience. ... More

Both Elaine (sales) and David (the construction manager of our home) were excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, respectful of our concerns, and both followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the information provided or issue resolved. In hind site I wish we had asked questions about grading, elevation, water flows, and when the home was actually built - the answers may have influenced which home we actually bought, not whether or not we bought.

The sales team was great and accommodating. Our construction manager kept us informed and advocated for us every step of the way. My only criticism is the paint is low quality and you will need gutters. Overall, great experience and love it in Sun City Festival.

Wonderful experience from sales agent, escrow, title, and everyone in between. My sister bought a Del Web home in Nevada and had a completely difference experience. I am very grateful to all of the staff here and also my neighbors. A very pleasant experience

Elaine, David, Sarah, Cashmere, and Traci are my dream team. From start to finish they were there guiding me through the home purchase/building process. Home buying isn’t new to me; I’ve purchased nearly 20 homes over the years. But this time was so different. These people worked the processes and made it appear seamless. The handoffs were smooth and timely. That’s not to say there wasn’t a snafu; because my situation created a big one. Never the less, these players worked together and behind the scenes to assist me. We were able to pivot to a very acceptable alternative. I was/am extremely satisfied and I hope Del Webb is too. Elaine was right there from the get go with options and guidance and expertise. David was just awesome guiding me through the process and building trust and confidence in Pulte construction. Then finally orienting me to my new home and providing updates; then stepping in to me to my “now” home. Sarah and Cashmere were always checking in and expediting paperwork with reminders. Traci was the best closer ever. It was actually very enjoyable AND educational. I will be building my dream home. And I want the Pulte dream team along: Elaine, David, Sarah, Cashmere , and Traci. These people are your most accomplished ambassadors. Value their experience and expertise. Pulte had streamlined processes and good people. We worked with very good people thru out the purchase of our new home. We had many questions involving the purchase and construction of the home. Everyone got back to us quickly with the answers. We love the house, solid construction, nicely finished.

I would buy again from Del Webb smooth process

Both are construction manager David and Customer Service Katlin were excellent in communicating with us and scheduling correction of minor construction issues (touch up paint, minor roof issues, cabinet details etc)

Closed on home middle of January ,had to close per contract.House was not finished ,it is the end of March still waiting on multiple items to be done.If a home is not ready should not close.Our money is tied up and the house is not finished.

Overall very good experience.

Beautiful home with all we wanted

Sales department was great in all aspects especially in follow up. Building team was helpful however Customer Care is not very responsive and follow up very very poor. We do enjoy the styling of our house and location and glad to be here.

Would recommend Del Webb/Pulte as a builder to anyone shopping for a new home.

Definitely more attention needed to detail in the cleanup process before closing and occupancy; paint spots in many places including floors, counters, electrical outlet plates, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures to name a few. To make our experience great overall, the above named issues could have easily been handled. Thank you.

That Richard and Mark are responsive and informative on any questions I have had on my home and grounds. and Kim from HOA is professional and approachable.

From the first time I explored a Del Web home, through several times that I changed my mind on what home I wanted to purchase, the sales staff and the builder - supervisor have encouraged me and found me a great new home with amenities that appeal to me.

A lot of issues with scratches and gouges that were not noticed until we took possess

Pulte's team pulled together and resolved a disaster and turned it into a wonderful experience. I bought my first Pulte home in 1979 and I would buy Pulte again but this is my forever home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone who was in the market for a new home.
