From the beginning, working with the sales office, the design person, the construction manager, talking with the workers, Pulte Mortgage, title company and closing - all went so smooth and everyone was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We still have some issues from our pre-closing walk-through to be resolved, but the construction manager is working with us.

Everything went very smoothly and all the Pulte people were very helpful and kind. We love our new home.

I'm putting my Trust in Pulte's Hands ! Our Agent, Mr. Plonski, has been Great, Every step of the way. Michael, the Builder, Did a Superb job Building the home I bought. As for any other issues, I've had with Pulte Mortgage... I'm sure these Agents were following the Pulte LLC Rules ! I'd never buy, again and use the same LLC to handle every aspect of my transaction. From the beginning of the sales process through building, to after the closing it's been the attention to detail. The entire process has been seamless and very customer friendly. Everything as they said it would be. They send picture during the construction since we were in other state. Haven't met any unhappy neighbors with anything. If your unhappy with something in your home there right there to do there best to please you. More than HAPPY!

From the tour of the models through the sales presentation and contract it was great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. After we signed our contract our Project Manager kept us apprised of all phases of the build. After we closed he took care of all of our issues ASAP. Good job Del Webb team!

Be very careful with the title company. The instructions were misunderstood and now we have to hire a real estate attorney at our own expense to make the corrections. The house is well built and we would always buy a Del Webb property. Their people are the best.

Wonderful people to work with from sales to field manager to the guy who tiles your bathroom. Beautiful, quality home. Affordable and gorgeous. Never dreamed we would be living in this beautiful Arizona community.
