We’ve built 5 homes in our lives. This was by far the best and quickest experience. They certainly have the whole process down pat. We are very happy with our home.

Our 2nd house built by Del Webb, we are pleased once again. Love the layout of the house, we downsized for our retirement years and the Hideaway fit our new lifestyle.

From sales through Construction our experience has been great. The only hiccup so far is lack of timely response to emails to our Customer Service representative.

Great construction managers. I think several of the materials have been upgraded and the preparation/installation of materials is greatly improved from our experience 5 years ago. Paint quality could be better. This is our 3rd home in Merrill Ranch in 10 years and we love the community.

All of the personnel we dealt with were very helpful, the entire building process went smoothly and was very timely.

The entire process from sales to completion went smoothly. This is our third new build and we were impressed with the quality and value of our new home. The build team did a great job keeping us informed of the build progress, even sending us pictures, and of any issues that occurred. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the build. Just a shout out to Aaron in sales who really was great to work with and Cody our construction manager who kept us informed on everything. Living in a beautiful home and a beautiful community in the hills of Buckeye, Arizona

From the first time I explored a Del Web home, through several times that I changed my mind on what home I wanted to purchase, the sales staff and the builder - supervisor have encouraged me and found me a great new home with amenities that appeal to me.

The buying experience was not stressful. The quality of the house is awesome. Del Webb has their processes down, construction, sales, design center, financing and closing. Well done.

Way good overall experience. Construction manager Zack was good. Little disappointed in granite countertops and Pulte response to my concerns.

Love the area!! Quiet and remote but still close enough to the amenities. Just moved in , so far everything as promised. They communicate very well with their buyers. Ready faster than I thought!!!!!

We decided to move to Arizona from Florida. Having owned a Pulte home in a Del Webb Community before, it was an easy decision to move to Sun City Festival. The whole experience was made easy. From Jerry in the sales team to Richard who managed out build, everyone was helpful, professional and efficient. Great team!

The location and view are fabulous. This home has ticked off everything we wanted. The style and size are exactly what we were looking for in a home. And the amenities exceed our wish list.

I love my new home and especially the neighborhood and my view. They got home ready for me on time. The Superintendent working on my punch list was amazing. Robby responded quickly to any issues that needed addressing. I would recommend a home here to my friends.

It took a while to finish (13 months) but the finished home is absolutely lovely. Once we moved in we found very few things that needed follow up with customer care which is much better than the experience I hear from other new home buyers. The initial 9 months of the building process was disappointingly slow and communication was almost nil, which I complained about, but the builder assigned a new manager at that point and then everything moved quickly. Very quickly. A couple parts were not available by closing and I’m still waiting to get those resolved but one issue is being taken care of next week and the other appears to be progressing. Overall a very good experience.

Moving from CALIFORNIA here has been eventful, and trying. I think it has been and will be worth it. Pulte has made that as easy as it can be. Not perfect but good.

Roby our superintendent on our house did wonderful job correcting issues as soon as they arose. Great follow up on everything!

Pulte is known for quality and yes they are a quality organization The only area of fault I would give them is communication at the builders job site manager. My guy was poor at that but he is no longer employed by Pulte.
