The floor plan suits our needs. There was an early completion date and we were able to move in right away. The quality is great and the subsequent service has been very satisfactory.

The overall experience was great. Our salesmen was always available at providing information if we needed it along the the Interior design office. Everyone kept us informed as to what was happening next and gave excellent guidance. Our Project Manager went over and above communicating with us the stages the house was in and always contacted us if we needed anything.

Time frame for build takes about 7 months, so be patient it will all be worth it.

We thought they did a very good job in building our home and the issues that we did have, they made every effort to resolve quickly and thoroughly.

The entire process was very smooth. My suggestion to Pulte Construction is to install hot water recirculation systems in every home! The save Water and Money

The model homes show you what you will be purchasing and the result is high quality, great value for price from a trustworthy builder; sometimes the responses to specific items on the punch list requires repeated prodding, but so far the end result is resolution and satisfaction (could be less stress if certain individuals had better communication and organizational skills). Still worth purchasing.

Shelley is a great sales person and Nick did great follow up for the things that needed to be fixed after purchase!

We were surprised at how easy and efficiently the home was planned and built. The process was definitely made easier and more stress free by our building supervisor . He kept us up to date and dealt with any issues that came up. Overall we were very happy with the process and felt we got very good value for our money.

Nothing is perfect in life. This home is close. Our golf course lot is gorgeous. Helping us place our home on the lot was a crucial part of our build. The fact that we have had past experience with home construction helped us be more understanding when problems came up.

All the people we have worked with have been helpful and responsive. We love the home, the layout, and the location. Coming from out of state and having had several custom homes built over the last 30 years, some of the building processes are strange and seem cheap. Especially in comparison to the rest of the home and the price….ie, the baseboards are 1/2 the size they should be because they are put in before the flooring. We’ve never seen this and it looks very cheap…especially next to the upgraded flooring and the lovely, 8’ interior doors. Also the bathrooms are very basic, which is disappointing and all the granite seems outdated…it’s similar to granite we had in a home built in 2012. We’ve replaced the baseboards and over time we’ll upgrade the bathrooms and granite. Understanding this is a spec home, it’s still strange the areas that were upgraded and the ones that were not.
