Pulte Team, My wife and I moved into our home in the Del Webb community in Dove Mountain approximately 2 months ago. We thought it would be important for you to receive feedback on our experience. My wife and I have purchased 5 new homes in our lifetime together and have had the opportunity to evaluate the difference in quality of material and workmanship. I have built several homes for myself and spent over 30 years in construction. I feel my review is reasonable and accurate. 1. The Pulte team I dealt with were all professional, polite, and helpful. I give them an A. 2. The quality of material and workmanship was, at best, a c+. 3. Choices at the design center were limited and most items were overpriced. 4. some minor problems that dell webb still hasn't fixed.Both sliding glass doors take two hands to open and close. Exhaust fan, I repaired. Never finished painting wall. Cleaned grout of floors for weeks. Threshholds trashed, I repaired. Doorbell in-op.

Shocking problems with all the kitchen appliances that are low quality for what is touted as a "chef's kitchen. The kitchen drawers and shelves are literally falling apart. My bathtub doesn't hold water, master shower panel leaks, outdoor lighting is wired incorrectly and does not work. I hired a home inspector and his report outlines alk the flaws, but response is not good. I feel really disappointed and frustrated.

We moved in one week before the Covid 19 crisis affected the US. We have found Del Webb to use that excuse to delay fixing issues that could be addressed during this time.

get home inspected prior to closing and walk through with field manager. Take lots of pictures and write down all adverse issues; anticipate long waits to get repairs done. Check all keys for operability including mail box and golf cart garage prior to closing; we didn't get correct mail keys (we were assigned to different mailbox by USPS than Del Webb thought) for 7 wk.

Increibly poor build quality. Fit and finish are the worst I have witnessed in over 40 years of residential construction experience. The amount of caulk used to hide sub standard work has to be one of the major expenses for Pulte sub contractors. I would never go through the process with Pulte again.

Our experience was not good. We closed on a house that had no electric, gas, and roof not completed. Some of the sub-contractors did sloppy work. The construction manager pushed back on many things. I was happy with most of my upgrades, but had to watch them closely as the manager missed putting in some of my contract upgrades. We were out of town, but you really need to be there during their builder process.

I had never had a house built before and would probably not do it again. It was a bummer seeing poor quality products being used on my house and all of the set backs along the way. I couldn't believe the amount of trash and garbage litter through the job site. I couldn't believe how much people just didn't care. My friend built a house too and she has had a tremendous amount of issues with her house. The neighbors all have a story to share.

Quite dishonest sales without proper guidance for the buyers. The design process TOTALLY inappropriate with just FOUR hours to select everything for your new home. Disaster. Inadequate supervision of the trades. Way too many very sloppy finishes. Very difficult building process for those who are not local.

Very poor finishing work

The finish carpentry in this house reflects neither the quality displayed in their models nor minimally acceptable workmanship given the price point of the home. Most of the mill work in the house will need to be repainted.. Grout caulk everywhere which will not clean off with water or normal solvents. House was 10 weeks over the expected construction period. The punch list was three pages long and very little of which was addressed prior to closing. 30 days after closing the list is still a page long. In talking with neighbors, our situation is not unique.

the quality of work is awful, I don't know where they get there tradesmen from, but the work is awful. They trip over each other destroying each others sad work skills. Was not impress with the celebration walk through wanted to cry. I am 30 odd days out and still have a punch list and the company is fighting with me weather they are responsible for the repairs. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
