Very poor finishing work

The finish carpentry in this house reflects neither the quality displayed in their models nor minimally acceptable workmanship given the price point of the home. Most of the mill work in the house will need to be repainted.. Grout caulk everywhere which will not clean off with water or normal solvents. House was 10 weeks over the expected construction period. The punch list was three pages long and very little of which was addressed prior to closing. 30 days after closing the list is still a page long. In talking with neighbors, our situation is not unique.

incompetent untrained lazy workmen created low quality house.

shoddy workmanship of untrained installers/carpenters/stucco appliers/painters/cabinetbuilders resulted in a very low quality house. Nasty HOA compounds the mistake of moving here.

the quality of work is awful, I don't know where they get there tradesmen from, but the work is awful. They trip over each other destroying each others sad work skills. Was not impress with the celebration walk through wanted to cry. I am 30 odd days out and still have a punch list and the company is fighting with me weather they are responsible for the repairs. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
