The after care of issues was great At first. Then it was the don't contact me ,call so and so, after that it was need to be reviewed, and so on. Still waiting. Was suppose to receive paint samples ,got a small can of paint with"semi gloss" on it. No color name or code Then was sent a paint chart with names and numbers but didn't tell you which colors went where. The inside paint work was very pooy done, some baseboards weren't even painted . Had a outside water valve stick. Was taken care of promptly

The purchase portion of our new home was a wonderful experience with professional and friendly assistance and support. The Design Center experience was at first great and we were excited but there were issues in the execution of details that were disappointing. The actual construction had a number of flaws that to this day have not been fully resolved, although the Customer Care representative is following-up. The major open item is the front yard where it is obvious that providing a barrier between our lot and the utility easement was not planned. It appears the builder cannot decide on how to do there right thing and provide a barrier in keeping with the appearance of the community. Hello, overall the experience has been get. The only thing that I really do not like is the time it takes for warranty issues to be addressed and completed. I waited for one month for a closet issue to he fixed and when the issue was finally addressed the closet subcontractor spent 1.5 hrs fixing the issue. The second thing is your subcontractors take forever to schedule a day and time when they can come out to make a repair. I have an electrical light switch inside of a restroom that gets stuck and the subcontractor will be out to fix it for two weeks and it has to be in the middle of the workday when he can make it to my house. I have to miss work in order to get one light switch fixed. ... More

Responsiveness is really bad.

I bought in a senior community, but there are no accommodations for seniors in the house. As a few examples, the cabinets are close to 7 feet high. Shower heads have no adjustment for height and there are no grab bars.

Sales staff and building supervisor were a pleasure to work with.

Generally very happy with our new home. The longer we live here the more we appreciate our home and quality of our new home.

Overall well built home. Supervisor of job was excellent and knowledgeable - and very helpful and responsive. Did a terrific job considering the time pressures and dealing with multiple vendors and weather delays. Assured readiness of home for closing. However, Pulte in its zest to close homes pushed hard to finish job - resulting in lots of small issues that needed to be addressed after closing. Not very different than other builders we have dealt with. Customer service department responsive to a point and then slacked off. Vendors were either non-responsive or very responsive. Overall good quality home; however standard quality of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, floors, gate is mediocre at best. Option upgrades are overpriced and force the buyer into doing projects themselves after closing that ends up saving tens of thousand of dollars.

I had a wonderful experience in the purchase of my new home. The attention to detail is/was fantastic. The home was fairly priced, and I feel that I got a great value.

Overall good responsiveness, good customer service. Prices are high in California, so we are unsure about the value of buying a house here.

They know how to build homes for elder people. They build single story home with good size for elder.

The house appears well-made with attention to detail. The planning could be improved. In my home, two of the bathrooms are right next to each other. Gutters are an extra-cost option. There are no electrical outlets near the toilets. In particular, a development intended for older folks should attempt to accommodate their needs. For example, changing the AC filters requires climbing to the 10 ft. ceiling. Grab bars should be standard, doors should be wider to allow for potential wheelchairs.
