From the moment I met my sales agent, Carolyn I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism displayed in the sales process. Carolyn was caring and responsive. It only took a few hours to make up my mind that this community was for me. To top things off, Jason introduced me to my home with attention to detail. Jason is dedicated to making sure I am completely satisfied with my new home. He is an asset to the company. I could not be happier with my choice to live in my second California Del Webb home.

The responsiveness and follow-up from Matt during construction was great. He promptly responded to all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated his thoroughness during each review we had together. He addressed found concerns with both text and photos in follow-up emails. Buying experience was a nightmare, our contract said the house we bought will be ready by the second week of March, it was ready Jan. 16 and closing Jan. 26, That was two months earlier, I have to sell my house as soon as possible to meet the closing date. I have to reduce the price to sell. It was sold below market value I have to move out of my house by the closing date, so I have to move my household goods to three 10 x 20 storage space. Home is lovely; home buying process was stressful

The home itself is lovely and is well-built with quality upgrades. I had expected that Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance would all play well together, but the Pulte Mortgage underwriters required *so* much paperwork and continued to ask for more documentation over the entire 6 months. Pulte Insurance did give me a good policy, but I had one rep who had to keep resending the application because of mistakes. The appraisal indicated the wrong lot, and had home details wrong. So far, requests for minor cosmetic issues after move-in have been addressed rapidly.

It is difficult if not impossible to get a resolution to problems. I will list three issues since moving in 1 while cleaning secondary bathroom doors the inside glass door fell off the track. Causing a chop on the lower part of the door. It was difficult vtobreplace the door in the track. After submitting pictures to dell webb Pulte they refused to do anything to the door because they claimed we broke it. 2. Sounding tray in cabinet was off the track submitted a request for repair. Del Webb builds great homes. The only bad experiences we had were with buying our home with Pulte Mortgage. Joe, Dan, and Todd were great. I didn’t like the back and forth with Zach. I was told that Pulte would match or beat another lender’s offer, but when I sent the proposal to Zach he increased Pulte’s costs instead of trying to match them. When I asked if he could decrease the points of the loan, he sent a proposal increasing them. It was like he was just moving numbers around hoping I won’t see them. Sales person, Tracy was very helpful. Construction manager, Chad was also very helpful. After move we were transferred to a customer service person who has not been helpful with “fix up issues”. Doesn’t return calls, etc. etc.

During the purchase process, we had one sales person. We were promised certain things. In the middle of the purchase, sales persons were changed and in the end. Pulte did not honor what was promised to us. We went ahead with the purchase. Pulte gives you one year and a portal to request repairs on the home. We have had several issues with the home build. I have put in twice now for the issues to be fixed. They say that someone will be in contact with you with in 48 hours. I have not heard back from them in over two weeks now. This is our third time we have bought over the years as a brand new home and we have had more issues with our Pulte home than the other two builders. The house was built with speed in mind and not so much on quality. The quality or the lack of quality comes down to inspect what you expect. speed of completion seems to be the focus versus focus on quality.
