Quality home, caring people, great community.

Pultes customer service representative was not helpful at all. She will find any excuse not to help you with your issues. You have to battle with them to get anything done. Once they have your money, you're on your own.

Overall a great experience. High point was the house is great. Low point I bought the solar panels and it has been a complete nightmare. Tesla originally said 1-2 weeks after docs received. Going on 6 weeks. No closer now than when I first moved in. Sours a lot of the experience.

Beautiful home, wonderful quite surroundings. Be mindful of the fact that if you don’t upgrade certain features, e.g., the paint, the product will not be top shelf. Plan on spending as much as 15-20% above the purchase price for various upgrades. Still a great value though. I wish we had been given a warning about the fact that our mail service would not commence until some arbitrary date, i.e., when the HOA decides to give the Post Office the go ahead. We had to find this out the hard way. There is construction going on by us, not that much, but it should not impede mail delivery. We have to make our semi-weekly pilgrimage to the Post Office, which is not ideal in these COVID-affected times. ... More

Overall we are satisfied with our new home. The sales office personnel were great, keeping us informed throughout the building process and helping with the financing options. The construction crews were also great. Perhaps the area of design upgrades could be improved. Home buyers may not think of everything and it would be nice if the designer helped identify potential issues. We upgraded kitchen door knobs and fixtures which we understood carried into the baths. The baths do have the same upgraded knobs, but the fixtures did not change. Now our baths have three different types of hardware: upgraded knobs, brushed nickel door handles, and polished chrome sink and shower fixtures. We also asked for a floor outlet to be put in the gathering room, perhaps for plugging in a lamp near the sofa. It was placed very close to the middle of the floor area, making it totally unusable. ... More

Examine every single detail of the model home so that there are no surprises with your actual home. Take nothing for granted.

Even with the pandemic the staff strived to maintain the completion timeline and were always accessible to answer questions. They were always pleasant and helpful! I’m also happy with the final product and the price.

Given their large size, Pulte has well honed floorplans. But lack of information at both sales (where structural options are chosen) and the design center, are problematic. Each should know their product and choices better. The excuse of being a "production" builder wears thin after too many refrains.

The staff they have in the mortgage lending department are personable and efficient. They always welcomed a phone call. After we moved in, trying to get repairs is not a quick response from the technicians. Pulte answers emails very quickly.

I'll first say that I bought during Covid and I was not close by, so everything was done by phone and online, which was challenging in itself with so many options. Be prepared to spend a LOT on upgrades, or you'll be driving a Kia with roll-up windows! Since this is my 2nd new home build, I do have a frame of reference and I spent twice as much on upgrades at Del Webb, with the quality seemingly less than what I had previously. The number of places where I've found sloppy work, like paint drips, roughly finished edges, cracks in window sills and caulking, etc. have been numerous. If you don't upgrade, the quality is seriously lacking. I didn't upgrade my dishwasher, but didn't expect they'd put in such a cheap one. Also, I was forced to pay for things that I didn't want, like shoe base (not necessary) and slab choice, when I couldn't even look at them in person, due to Covid. I did pay extra for my Whirlpool fridge, and the water/ice machine still doesn't work (6 weeks now). My heater didn't work for several weeks - luckily the weather was nice. Another issue was that I requested to have double barn doors installed in my Den, and that was not done. It didn't get on my order, so I didn't pay for it, but I will still have to get it done after the fact now. I let my sales person know that this was missed and I got Zero response about it. No apology or offer to help make it right. They haven't completely left me in the dark. The construction supervisors are helpful and doing the best they can, but the sales office has moved on and has no interest in the final outcome of my new home or my satisfaction and happiness. We started with some bad experiences in sales. When that changed we seem to have missed a lot of info. There was alate start on our home and that has caused some problems, but overall we are well pleased.

Everything was great until we got ready to close, our lender was ready but Del Web was not. Painting on the interior was fair at best.

Res[pnsiveness to requests and attentiveness to the buyer's needs whcih have continued without interruption after closing the sale. ; We were immediately made to feel welcome creating a sense of an instant neighborhood. A first class experience.

The actual builder was great. Some of the materials are substandard - was @ bit surprised.

All were attentive to my issues and concerns throughout the building process. That is carrying over into the one year warranty period.

We are completely satisfied with our purchase and started to feel at Home as soon as we moved in. Being a first time New Build purchaser and not knowing what to expect, every part of our experience has been handled quickly and smoothly .
