I recently moved into my second home in the Rancho Mirage community. Why - you ask? Because the lot I originally wanted had not been released. When the lot was available, eight months after my first purchase, I decided to take a chance and put my original home up for sale. The home sold immediately. I am now enjoying a view of the mountains in my (second) new home in the same community. LOVE IT! Love it!

It was actually hard to chose which model we wanted to build on our lot. great designs and features and very good customer service & communication from our construction supervisor, Jason, and our salesman, Steve, during the whole building and turnover process. Beautiful community and can't wait to use the club house as soon as it's completed.

Disappointed that to the best of our knowledge there are no sidewalks along the streets that are planned neither any streetlights other than the lights shining from the homes.

I love my new home. I only have one issue that could possibly be considered. I think the garage is not really wide enough for 2 cars. The driveway should be wider also. I see many homeowners widening their driveways including me. I really love my view and the glass fencing. The staff is very open, friendly and approachable. I think Jacob, Stacey and Ramona are very helpful and patient with me as a new homeowner. This is very important to keep things going smoothly. I am very happy with my new home.

Very happy with the continued follow up service after I moved in.

Many new owners have had many more issues with Pulte than we have had. People on the whole are not all that pleased with Pulte. It is not good when some get pushback on their repairs requests. We should at least trust their workmanship.

The quality of the stucco finish on my house is really poor. Everything else is acceptable.

Hire your own inspector.

Build quality is good. As with anything purchased that is a product of an assembly line manufacturing process, there will be issues. The Pulte group seems to be on top of any issues by prompt & so far, conscientious attention to issues brought to their attention. Feedback from issues reported is used to head off future construction issues. IF you don't report the issue it will not be rectified & Pulte will not be able to improve the product, YOUR home!

Support staff is fantastic.

Pulte offers a very pretty picture with the models. The sales person we had was pretty bad. While she answered questions, her standard reply was “check the website and you will find out what you need to know.” She also misinformed us about what was HOA property and what was our yard.Colleeen at the Design center was very nice and good to work with, The options are extremely expensive and cost prohibitive. The quality of the construction seems to be very good. Chad our construction manager was great to work with! The cabinets installed are disappointing. They are poor quality even though we paid $7,000.00 for an upgrade. The garage door is extremely noisy and isn’t sealed to keep the sand out. I was told that just the way it is, even though our neighbors door doesn’t make loud noises. Deidre ,in the warranty dept. makes me think Pulte really cares about doing the right thing. For us, it was all about the lot. Find the lot with desired exposure, location, elevation & size...THEN fall in love with the home that comes on THAT lot!

We were looking to down size our home and please to find Del Webb in the area. We have always like the design and quality. The community here at Terramor has been well planned and the Terrance Club is amazing. We look forward to years of resort living.

Having to drive 2 hours to the design center was a problem, especially for an over 55 community.

The quality of materials is good but the workmanship is poor, especially the finish work. Getting punch list items fixed is not easy. I had to hire my own crew to come in after closing.

The community is great and all the people we have met are very nice. The selection and design process was organized. Of course, be prepared for multiple decisions along the way on upgrades and design choices. The construction process was amazingly fast, but high quality. The small touches are great. Our project manager, Chad was great. Thanks.
