We love our new Del Webb home.

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb Rancho Mirage home. We love the house, the quality of the materials, and the community. We have already made friends and look forward to making more friends and acquittances. Also, the few items that needed attention after we moved in were taken care of quickly.

Property was completed on schedule and we were provided regular photo updates since we could not visit due to the virus issue. Sales agent and builder's rep were extremely helpful and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location, NEW smart home, great models and choices to choose from. Reasonable prices, wonderful value.

From the moment we stepped in to the sales office to them time we closed we noticed a huge difference in the way we were treated, compared to other builders. A positive experience all around.

David, the Realtor at sales office was great, knowledgeable professional. Wonderful experience. Kudos!

My son and I looked for two years at older and newer homes. We decided on a new home with a listing of the values and home plan to fit our style of living. We are loving the plan we chose because of the quality, workmanship, and price. The design center experience was fun and choices were many. We were fortunate our former home sold quickly because we were able to stay in a friend's condo in Palm Desert and visit our home and see it being built. We have moved in and things that needed attention were quickly taken care of by a professional staff of people.

house was presented in a quality condition at closure. Everything working no issues to speak of. Constructioncrew members and sales staff were the tops.

Very good experience...up front on most aspects of the purchase. One criticism would be that when we received the keys (including mailbox key) no one mentioned that mail delivery would not be at the mailbox, but instead would require trips to the post office to receive mail/USPS deliveries. This created confusion.

Throughout the building process, we were informed of all the extras the Del Webb/Pulte puts into a home. Any cosmetic problems we had were handled very quickly. We are happy we purchased this home.

Process was easy, including setting up my mortgage with Pulte. Have had a couple issues since I moved in, but each were immediately addressed and taken care of.

Quality is the best, and follow up since purchase has been 5 star!!!

We are Canadian. Our purchase is a second home to enjoy our prospective retirement in California which we have visited now year to year for about 15 years. We have considered home purchase in the Palm Springs area for several years but did not find any location or home suitable until we attended the Del Webb development in Rancho Mirage. The show homes were impressive and the decision to make a purchase was instant. Many of the fine features in the home were of course upgrades which enlarged the base price of the home significantly but were deemed necessary to accommodate what appealed to us about the home we chose. Many of the upgrades were packages such that you either chose a particular upgrade in whole. ie the lighting fixtures with the wiring but not just the wiring, which was a little frustrating in managing some level of budget. However, in the result, speaking of the completed product, overall the product is excellent. There are small issues as might reasonably be expected on some installation currently kitchen cabinets and sadly the kitchen sink, which in particular, looked bright and shiny, but for whatever reason is apparently not of sterling quality. Hopefully that will be in the fullness of time during the warrantly be remedied correctly. Otherwise, the foreman and his immediate supervisor, and their crew that carried out the construction of the home, were a complete pleasure to work with, and were extraordinarily attentive to our schedule for visiting the construction site. Absolutely sterling in their performance. Their manner and conduct gave good represenation of Del Webb. And makes us confident that any deficiencies which seem overall few, will be fully and completely remedied. On final comment, our Sales person was also very helpful in the process and was attentive to our questions and as the process of purchase moved along was very good at resolving any ongoing issues associated with completing the purchase. ... Disappointed that to the best of our knowledge there are no sidewalks along the streets that are planned neither any streetlights other than the lights shining from the homes.

I love my new home. I only have one issue that could possibly be considered. I think the garage is not really wide enough for 2 cars. The driveway should be wider also. I see many homeowners widening their driveways including me. I really love my view and the glass fencing. The staff is very open, friendly and approachable. I think Jacob, Stacey and Ramona are very helpful and patient with me as a new homeowner. This is very important to keep things going smoothly. I am very happy with my new home.

For us, it was all about the lot. Find the lot with desired exposure, location, elevation & size...THEN fall in love with the home that comes on THAT lot!

We were looking to down size our home and please to find Del Webb in the area. We have always like the design and quality. The community here at Terramor has been well planned and the Terrance Club is amazing. We look forward to years of resort living.
